Sparco then lowered the side bolsters just enough to improve ingress/egress into/out of the car. Finally, the shoulder belt guides have been raised for improved harness fit in all drivers. Sparco QRT-R Racing Seat SPARCO'S ULTRA-LIGHT QRT TECHNOLOGY AT ITS BEST     The QRT-R is the first seat to feature Sparco’s patented QRT ultra-light technology. This QRT Technology gives an unparalleled mechanical strength/weight ratio for fiberglass composite racing seats. QRT Technology gives  weight savings of 7 lbs to 10 lbs per shell. Sparco Grid Q Racing Seat The Sparco GRID Q was designed to provide the ultimate lateral support, racing ergonomics and safety. This unique design incorporates individual padding that is attached by Velcro. This padding design allows for ventilation channels. The  Sparco GRID Q features a brand new shell design that has deep side bolsters and very supportive shoulder bolsters for excellent lateral hold.
