In no event will Discovery Parts be liable for any loss of profits, business, use, or data, or for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
Shipping Policy
Discovery Parts ships most orders totaling $100.00 or more free of charge via standard Ground to most any destination within the contiguous United States (not including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories). Most orders totaling less than $100.00 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95 per order.
Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States and orders that specify expedited shipping services will have the appropriate shipping charge added during checkout.
Some Items Do Not Ship Free of Charge
Items that will incur a shipping charge regardless of the order total include the following:
- Harness bars
- Racing seats
- Roll bars
Expedited Shipping
Discovery Parts offers an array of expedited shipping options to help make sure you get what you need on time. In light of that, here are a few things to bear in mind:
- Orders placed by 3:00pm Eastern Time will ship that day. Orders placed thereafter will ship on the following business day.
- Expediting shipping times are based on business days. It does not include the shipment date, holidays, etc.
- While carriers like UPS and FedEx do a great job getting orders delivered on-time, expedited shipping does not carry any guarantees. If the carrier is unable to deliver your expedited shipment on-time, please let us know. In the event that said delay is the fault of either Discovery Parts or the carrier, we will promptly refund the premium you paid for expedited shipping.
- In no event will Discovery Parts be liable for any loss of profits, business, use, or data, or for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind arising from the timing of delivery of your item(s).
International Shipping
Discovery Parts ships products around the world to virtually any address. We are happy to quote you a shipping rate on any product, big or small, so please contact us at (888)-748-7223 to make arrangements for international shipment. Note that there are legal restrictions on international shipments of some products.
Any and all import duties, taxes, surcharges, customs fees and other are solely and entirely for the account of the buyer. No such charges will be paid, deducted, or reimbursed by Discovery Parts. In the event that such import duties, taxes, surcharges, customs fees and other costs are refused by the buyer, Discovery Parts will not offer any refund, exchange, or store credit.
Sales Tax Policy
Discovery Parts collects the appropriate state and local sales taxes on all orders shipping to a US destination for which we are legally required to collect such taxes.
