FluidLogic Coaxial System (Forced Air) Forced-Air applications use our Maglock® Coaxial connector to provide air and water quickly and easily. The Pod & Coaxial kit is designed for users that have a pre-existing forced air setup for their vehicle and helmet. The Pod is the heart and brain of the Fluidlogic™ system that also connects to your IOS device via Bluetooth to allow the user to fully customize their hydration profile. Included with the Pod is the Microbutton used to visually communicate with the user and command the Fluidlogic™ system with the press of a button. All the necessary mounting, wiring and plumbing hardware is included to turn the existing fluid source into a smart hydration system with no helmet drilling or modifications. The Fluidlogic™ Pod paired with the Coaxial system allows forced air users to connect both air and water within the same Maglock® magnetic connection. The Coaxial kit includes everything needed to completely set up one helmet and one seat in the vehicle.

FluidLogic Flush 360 System (Non Forced Air) The Pod & Flush 360 Kit is designed for users that do not use forced air or simply chose not to build onto their existing forced air system. The kit comes with the Pod along with the Flush 360 assembly to allow the user to quickly connect/disconnect their hydration using the power of Maglock®. The Flush 360 quickly and easily installs onto the helmet in minutes with no drilling or modifications required. The Flush 360 Kit comes with everything needed to connect the existing fluid source to set up one complete helmet and seat in the vehicle.

FluidLogic Hydro Helmet Side Kit The FluidLogic Hydro Helmet Side Kit gives you everything you need to fully outfit your helmet for use with the latest FluidLogic Hydro hydration system. Built for serious racers, it delivers clean, efficient hydration without interfering with comfort or communication. Complete Hydro System Connection Kit This kit connects your helmet to the updated FluidLogic Hydro system and includes: Helmet-side Hydro magnetic connector Aquacom Pro (small silicone mic sleeve) Aquacom Baja (large silicone mic sleeve) Durable 4mm hydration tubing Important Compatibility Notice The FluidLogic Hydro and older Flush 360 systems are not cross-compatible. The Hydro features a redesigned hose-side connector and relocated check valve, making it incompatible with previous-generation helmet-side hardware. Mixing components between systems will result in connection issues, water delivery failures, or accidental leaks. Additionally, AquaCom sleeves have changed and will not fit Flush 360 components. Always confirm which system—Flush 360 or Hydro—you’re using before installing or replacing parts. Maglock Air Hose Maglock Air hose side NOT included Maglock Air Hose is built to our exact specifications to ensure that you get the lightest, most flexible hose on the market today. The feedback from our test pilots ensures you that neck fatigue during use is greatly reduced, furthermore, this hose does not leverage or disconnect the Maglock Air in high G or high impact environments. Used by top motorsports athletes including all Andretti Indy cars.  We highly recommend our hose to be paired with Maglock Air.
