FluidLogic Coaxial System (Forced Air) Forced-Air applications use our Maglock® Coaxial connector to provide air and water quickly and easily. The Pod & Coaxial kit is designed for users that have a pre-existing forced air setup for their vehicle and helmet. The Pod is the heart and brain of the Fluidlogic™ system that also connects to your IOS device via Bluetooth to allow the user to fully customize their hydration profile. Included with the Pod is the Microbutton used to visually communicate with the user and command the Fluidlogic™ system with the press of a button. All the necessary mounting, wiring and plumbing hardware is included to turn the existing fluid source into a smart hydration system with no helmet drilling or modifications. The Fluidlogic™ Pod paired with the Coaxial system allows forced air users to connect both air and water within the same Maglock® magnetic connection. The Coaxial kit includes everything needed to completely set up one helmet and one seat in the vehicle.

FluidLogic Flush 360 System (Non Forced Air) The Pod & Flush 360 Kit is designed for users that do not use forced air or simply chose not to build onto their existing forced air system. The kit comes with the Pod along with the Flush 360 assembly to allow the user to quickly connect/disconnect their hydration using the power of Maglock®.   The Flush 360 quickly and easily installs onto the helmet in minutes with no drilling or modifications required. The Flush 360 Kit comes with everything needed to connect the existing fluid source to set up one complete helmet and seat in the vehicle.

Carbon TOP AIR APLLIQUÉ FOR STILO Designed for performance, the Chillout Carbon Fiber Top Air Aplliqué for Stilo directs air via the rear intake barb and through small holes located on all ST5 helmets.  Constructed from ultra light weight and incredibly resilient, pre-impregnated, dry carbon fiber, the front deflector improves vision by directing air towards the visor and away from the eyes. Chillout Systems Pro/V3 Mountable Wired Remote Control Featuring a 10 ft. cord and color digital display, the dash-mountable Wired Remote Control is designed to turn your Chillout Quantum Pro/V3 on and off as well as adjust the temperature from anywhere in your vehicle. The compact design is 1.5 x 2.5 x 0.5 inches and weighs under 5 oz. Chillout Systems Carbon Fiber Air Duct Plenum Forcing fresh air to your cooler is the most efficient way to increase cooling performance and reduce amp draw from your electrical system. This plenum fits perfectly to the intake side of your Quantum Cooler, allowing much cooler air to be forced through the system via any four-inch duct (cooler, ducting, and intake scoop not included). A minimum 150 CFM blower (sold separately) should be used in conjunction with the plenum in order to cool properly. This carbon fiber plenum attaches via automotive-grade adhesive tape, creating a firm seal to keep the cooler pressurized with incoming cool air. This forces cool air all the way through the system and back out the exhaust side of the cooler, the most efficient way to reach maximum cooling capacity. Coupling the Chillout Systems Air Duct Plenum with your Quantum Cooler ensures no cool air is wasted, maximizing the effectiveness of the system.

With the innovative 90 degree system you can now make quick air connection with your Stilo ST5. Does not come with a flow adjuster. Air enters in through four small ventilation holes molded into the top of every ST5 helmet. Air fed into the Top Air is directed to the top of the head.  Old air flows out of the side holes on the top of the helmet and from the bottom of the helmet, significantly reducing CO2 buildup in the helmet. Used in conjunction with Chillout 4" Neoprene Air Duct Hose and a 4" plenum, the 4" Carbon Fiber Dual NACA Duct maximizes the cooling efficiency of your driver cooling system. WHY USE NACA DUCTS AT ALL? NACA ducts bring air into a vehicle with a minimal increase in drag. The purpose of a NACA duct is to increase the flow rate of air while not disturbing the boundary layer. When the cross-sectional flow area of the duct is increased, you decrease static pressure and make the duct into a vacuum cleaner, minus the drag effects of a traditional scoop. A NACA duct starts narrow then widens in a graceful arc to increase the cross-sectional area slowly, so exterior boundary air flow doesn’t separate to cause turbulence and drag. Keep Your Stilo ST5 Helmet Ventilated With The Stilo Top Air Kit For Maglock Systems Fresh air keeps you cool and keeps sweat from getting in your eyes as you take the checkered flag. Endurance racers keep their focus high and lap times low by staying in the cool zone. This Top Air is designed to be used with a Maglock System. This unique cooling system feeds air from your car’s fresh air system to both the top of your head and to the front of your face, while at the same time helping keep the inside of your visor clear. This system integrates into the existing design of the ST5 helmet and does not require any drilling of the shell or modifications to the internal EPS foam. There are six small ventilation holes molded into the top of every ST5 helmet. Stilo's Top Air system fits over the center four holes and extends down the front of the helmet and just under the top of the visor. Air fed into the Top Air is directed both to the top of the head and down over the face. A small deflector just inside the visor area directs air towards the visor and away from the eyes. Old air flows out of the top side holes on the top of the helmet and from the bottom of the helmet, significantly reducing CO2 buildup in the helmet. Paragon Guardian Water Y-Hose Set Paragon’s innovative Guardian Water Supply/Return Y-Hose Set is designed to simultaneously run cooling water to two separate cooling garments. At 8 feet in overall length, the Guardian Y-Hose is the ideal length to suit most applications, although each of the three "legs" can easily be shortened to customize fit.
