Schroth Rallye Cross ASM 4 Point Tuning Harness
Schroth Schroth Rallye Cross ASM 4 Point Tuning Harness $239.00
Schroth Rallye Cross ASM 4 Point Tuning Harness The Rallye Cross is the most basic harness we sell. There are no quick disconnects between the front and rear sections, just 4 straps that all bolt or wrap directly to the car. It is a 4 point harness with Schroth's patented ASM technology, which makes it a safe 4 point belt. What differentiates it from a Rallye 3 or 4 is the shoulder straps. Where a Rallye 3 or 4 has a quick disconnect buckle between the front section of the harness and the tailstrap, the Rallye Cross has two independant shoulder straps that go straight to the mounting point. The mounting point can be either wrap or bolt, the most common being wrapped around a harnessbar. This harness is perfect for someone who's still using stock seats, but wants a safe harness solution for track driving in a car where access to the back seat is not necessary, or in cars with no backseats to begin with. Please notice, that the harness attachment points for the shoulder straps must be structural! They cannot be just bolted to sheet metal, or to child seat anchors. They must be properly reinforced. Schroth Rallye 4 ASM Harness
Schroth Schroth Rallye 4 ASM Harness $239.00
The Schroth Rallye 4 is the de facto standard for anyone looking for a simple, clean, DOT-approved and Safe 4 point harness. The technology built into the harness puts it in a category above the belts made by other manufacturers. The years of testing and motorsport experience only give credit to what the engineers have been saying all along. There are two main reasons why the Schroth Belts are the only safe 4 point harnesses: ASM technology and the ability to install the belts to stock harness mounting locations. ASM stands for Anti-SubMarining. It's an extra flap of material sewn into the inboard shoulder belt that prevents you from sliding underneath the lap belt. In a 4 point harness made by some other company, the two shoulder straps restrain your upper body equally. They keep your chest from moving forward. However, this also pulls up on the lap belt and allows your accelerating pelvis to slide under the lap belt and cause serious damage to your stomach and intestines. With ASM, one of the shoulder belts will elongate at a different rate which will force your pelvis down into the seat cushion. Upon rebound, you will be placed back in an upright position with the belt correctly placed over your body. The advantages of being able to mount an aftermarket 4 point harness to stock mounting locations are many. First and foremost is the knowledge that these points have been load tested. This means that the manufacturer of your vehicle engineered the points to be able to withstand some truly amazing forces for a specified length of time. In plain English this means that the bolts won't pull out of the sheet metal. It also means (in the case of a Schroth Harness) that you can retain the use of your stock 3-point harness, allowing you the use of the backseat of your car. If you have the need to transport passengers (or cargo) in your backseat, it is possible to disconnect the tailstrap (a feature only Schroth has) and use your normal 3 point harness. Schroth Right Side Net
Schroth Schroth Right Side Net $195.00
Schroth Right Side Net The Schroth right side driver's net offers the best in driver safety. Attaches to the roll cage of your race car. Made of polyester, these nets will last longer than ordinary nylon nets. Polyester is not as susceptible to UV degradation over time. We view right side nets (also called "cage nets") as a mandatory piece of safety equipment. In an impact, the body moves forward 6-8 inches. This is normal and quite necessary to prevent injury, with the harness stretching to help decelerate the body. If you're in a lateral impact (an impact that's not straight on), there are high lateral forces that will move you side-to-side. Without a right side net, it's very easy for the body to wrap around the side of the seat when the harnesses have stretched. A right side net prevents this by guiding your head and shoulders back into the seat keeping you from painful injury. Please note, this used to be an SFI-rated product, but is now FIA-rated. DETAILS: Schroth nets are tested with a dynamic load to more accurately represent the real world. Carefully read the section about installing the net in your race car. The FIA requires that two vertical sections are in contact with the seat back to provide support. Schroth has added additional vertical sections to the FIA net, differentiating it from SFI-rated nets. Also make note of the angles involved in the installation. The FIA recommends that a net be installed on either side of the seat for driver restraint. The FIA does not view the exterior net as adequate for restraining the driver; they want to see two interior nets whenever possible. The Tudor series currently enforces this and mandates two interior nets as well as a window net. The FIA requires that the net be mount with the horizontal sections of webbing on the inside by the driver, so the drivers helmet has a smooth surface to slide down during an impact. On Schroth nets, this can be accomplished on both sides just be flipping the net over. The FIA requires that the quick-release button be capable of being released under load, which is way Schroth developed their new style quick-release. The ratchet strap and metal clasp (seen on previous nets) have been removed from the net due to their inability to withstand an appropriate dynamic load. The new quick-release is lighter and safer than previous versions.

Schroth B23A Bendable Harness Snap End Kit
Schroth Schroth B23A Bendable Harness Snap End Kit $24.95
Schroth B23A Bendable Harness Snap End Kit Schroth B23A harness ends are bendable and make racing harnesses easier where there is very little clearance. The Schroth B23A bendable snap-on harness adapter lets you bolt one end to the chassis, bend it to the needed shape, and attach your harness snap end. Schroth B23A Bendable Harness Snap End Kit Details: Manufacturer: Schroth Manufacturer part number: B23A Manufacturer alternate part number: SR 01324 Bendable Fittings: Yes (2) Bolts: Yes (2) 7/16-24 Wavy Washers: Yes (2) Combination Washers: Yes (2) The B23A End Fitting Kit is a set of bolt in brackets that are usually sewn into 2" Lap belts. Schroth slang calls it a "Rallye End" kit because it usually comes on the street legal Rallye style belts. Like the 01323 kit, it is designed to be bent. These pieces are commonly used in Porsche applications where space for an Eye bolt is insufficient. This bracket can be bolted to the car, then bent so that a Snap-In bracket can be used to fix the harness to the bracket. We use Schroth B23A brackets in many applications where stock mounting locations do not leave sufficient space, or if the thread pitch is different from the eye bolts. If you have a Miata, S2000 or are putting a large/very large seat in a full interior car this is the harness mount kit you want.
