Eject® Helmet Removal System will remove your helmet without risk of secondary injuries. So simple and required in all higher levels of racing. Packaged singly to be used as a replacement system or for an Eject user with multiple helmets. Eject® Helmet Removal System is a small air bladder that fits easily into any helmet, without changing its fit or feel. In the event of a crash, First Responders can help reduce the risk of secondary neck or spine injuries by inflating the Eject System which gently lifts the helmet off a rider’s head.
The most critical moment after a crash is removing the helmet. The EJECT Helmet Removal System is designed to aid in a safer helmet removal by inflating an airbag within the helmet. Once the airbag is inflated the helmet lifts off without causing further injuries to the driver.
Note: As of 13 January 2021, IMSA requires the use of either the Eject Helmet Removal Kit or the Stand 21 Lid Lifter Balaclava (per IMSA rulebook section 21.1.2).

Simpson Hybrid S 3-Point FIA Head and Neck Restraint
$1,152.95
Simpson Hybrid S 3-Point Head and Neck Restraint
The Hybrid S Head Restraint is FIA and SFI approved (when worn with a multi-point harness system) and is tested and shown to be compatible with 3-point harnesses used by Car Club enthusiasts and High Performance Driving Experiences. This allows Driving Instructors, Auto Manufacturing Test Engineers, and others in cars with 3-point harnesses to have added protection.
We are pleased to offer this great option for increased protection to this sector of the market. Bear in mind, however, that on a racetrack the best protection we believe is a Full-Containment Cockpit System that includes a full containment seat, Snell SA2015 or FIA 8860 rated helmet, FIA or SFI approved head restraint, and 6- or 7-point racing harness system.

SIMPSON HYBRID S 3-POINT HNR FEATURES
FIA and SFI Approved with 5-, 6- and 7-point harness systems
FMVSS Tested for use with 3-point OEM belt system
High quality carbon fiber construction
Low profile, no high back to hook on the roll bars, etc. in emergency exit
Multiple load paths to dissipate head loads
Buckle attachment in front, no bulky straps underneath
SIMPSON HYBRID S 3-POINT HNR INSTALLATION
To use a Hybrid S with a 3-point seat belt system, the SAS (Seatbelt Anchoring System) is not used. (The SAS strap anchor loops hook into the buckle of a 5-, 6- or 7-point racing harness.)
Have the wearer put on the Hybrid S and get into the driver's seat. Follow the instructions on fitting the device to the wearer.
Engage the 3-point seat belt and sit in the normal driving position.
Have a helper apply gentle pressure to the top of the device, keeping the device stable during tether adjustment. The device should be in a comfortable position behind the driver back, against the seat cushion.
With the helper holding the device and the driver looking straight forward, hold the triangulated tether up to the anchors on the driver helmet. Adjust the side tethers so that the end fitting can be easily inserted into the helmet anchor without pulling down on the helmet. A comfortable adjustment on the side tether is to have about 1" of slack in the tethers.
With the helper still holding the device down and the driver looking straight ahead, adjust the rear tethers so that there is 1"to 1.5" of slack. Test the amount of head movement by moving the head straight forward. The driver should have 1" to 2" of forward head movement before the slack is taken out of the tether. Remember when checking this not to rotate the head down; translate it straight forward. This should allow for plenty of head movement on track.
AIRBAG USE WITH SIMPSON HYBRID S 3-POINT HNR
No one should unhook or disable the airbag system installed by the auto manufacturer or their authorized installer. Outside experts in Detroit have confirmed this and require their test engineers to use the Hybrid S in conjunction with the airbag in a 3-point system. Simpson agrees that the airbag and Hybrid S work together to increase protection in frontal crashes.

DE drivers and DE Instructors can now be safe while in a student's car using only a 3 way seat belt. Factory Seat Belts with a Neck Restraint were not compatible until the Simpson Hybrid Nascar Approved Head And Neck Restraint became FIA approved. Stay safe in every vehicle.
For the BEST protection while on a racetrack, we suggest a Full-Containment Cockpit System that includes a Full Containment Seat, Snell rated Helmet, FIA or SFI approved Head Restraint, and 7 point seatbelt harness system.

Simpson Multi-Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer
$164.95
Simpson Multi-Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer
The Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer anti-bacterial dryer for race gear is one of Simpson's newest creations, keeping your helmet, gloves, shoes and more from developing that race track "funk".
SIMPSON EQUIPMENT STERILIZER AND DRYER DETAILS
Manufacturer: Simpson
Manufacturer part no: 97100BK
Power source: 110VAC
Anti-bacterial: eliminates odors and controls bacteria growth
Dual dryer ports: yes
Temperature display: Celsius or Fahrenheit
Durable and compact
Temperature and timer settings
Accommodates multiple styles and sizes of gear
Great way to heat up your helmet shield to prevent fogging
Helmet, gloves, and shoes each sold separately
Keep your gear fresh and dry with the Multi-Equipment Dryer from Simpson. Perspiration and bacteria, as it sits in your helmet, gloves, socks, and shoes over time, can quicken the process of erosion. If you want to combat this and keep your equipment in peak condition for longer periods of time, stop the mildew and mold before it begins.
KEEP YOUR RACING HELMET CLEAN AND FRESH
The most popular way to use the Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer is on your helmet. Simply place your helmet on the Simpson dryer and press start. The pre-programmed schedule will first push heated, de-ionized air through your helmet, and then blow dry air through.
RACING GLOVES SHOULD BE NICE AND DRY
Change the dual-output helmet base to the individual bases and you can easily heat and dry your racing gloves. The Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer kills bacteria so you get that fresh-out-of-the-dryer feeling without destroying your gloves.
BLOW THE SWEAT AND FUNK OUT OF THOSE SHOES
The Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer is not just for auto racing boots. Your motocross boots, ski boots, cycling shoes, or favorite pair running shoes will also benefit from being disinfected, warmed, and dried. Kill the stench and keep your kicks fresh.
HELP KEEP YOUR HELMET VISOR CLEAR
Temperature changes can cause your helmet shield to fog up, inside and out. The Simpson Equipment Sterilizer and Dryer has a temperature control, so it can blow heated air to warm up your helmet on cold days, preventing a foggy shield on track. This is just one of the many benefits of using a temp-controlled, multi-equipment dryer.
