Competition Motorsport CMS RF1 DOT4 Racing Brake Fluid (500 ml) from $21.95 $131.70
Buy 6+, Save $1 per bottle Buy 12+, Save $2 per bottle REDESIGNED BOTTLE, SAME TOP-OF-THE-LINE BRAKE FLUID Competition Motorsport RF1 fully synthetic Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to provide the highest, most reliable performance under racing and track-day conditions, where braking systems operate at very high sustained temperatures. RF1 exceeds all DOT 3 & 4 requirements and is compatible with all DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids. (Not compatible with DOT5 or mineral-based brake fluids.) There is perhaps no single safety system more important in racing than brakes. And no single part of that system is more critical than brake fluid. At Competition Motorsport, we got tired of (and a little nervous) using "racing" brake fluid on the track that didn't live up to its claimed performance when things got heated. So we did something about it. Manufactured in partnership with the brake fluid supplier to many teams in Formula 1, WEC, and many other professional series, RF1 Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to maintain consistent viscosity, lubricity, and compressibility at extreme temperatures and line pressures found in racing, track days, and spirited driving. Bottom line: you can spend more money, but you can't buy higher-performing racing brake fluid! SPECIFICATIONS: Typical dry boiling point: 622 F (328 C) Typical wet boiling point: 399 F (204 C) Exceeds DOT3 & DOT4 standards Individual 500 ml (16.7 oz.) bottles Click Here for Product MSDS Sheet All brake fluid degrades over time (not mileage), attracting water as it ages, which, at high brake temperatures, can lead to fluid boil and brake fade or failure. That's why the "wet" (aged) boiling point of any brake fluid is substantially lower than the "dry" (new) boiling point. To maintain maximum braking performance, Competition Motorsport strongly suggests replacing your brake fluid before every track event, but at least every three months if you're consistently racing and/or driving at track days. It's cheap insurance against learning about brake fade the hard way!

Race Technologies RE10 Brake Pad - 2363.18.RE10
Race Technologies Race Technologies RE10 Brake Pad - 2363.18.RE10 $649.00
RT RE10*:RE10 is the ultimate endurance race compound offering a balance of excellent stopping power, low thermal conductivity, extremely low pad and disc wear. Utilizing the latest friction material technology, RE10 offers consistent performance under the most demanding of environments. Typical Applications: Professional Endurance Racing, Club Racing, and HPDE on high demand brake platforms *Denotes a "race only" pad. Running a "racing use only" pad on the street could produce excessive noise and dust. Disc wear could be accelerated if driven at cold temperatures or used in the incorrect temperature range. Racing pads are designed to work in specific temperature ranges so it is important to choose the desired compound for the correct environment the vehicle will be used in. Pad Compounds are run on a brake dynamometer over multiple brake applications (stops) to test the materials in a controlled environment for the most accurate data. Wear rates and temperatures can be influenced by car setup, grip levels, track layout/configuration and many other variables.

A1-032 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (350mm)
Girodisc A1-032 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (350mm) $1,300.00
Competition Motorsport is an authorized dealer for Girodisc products. As one of the largest dealers in the US, we ship most products same or next business day to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. The Girodisc system is an upgrade to a 350mm two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination, a direct replacement for the OEM brake disc. The two-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements -- as opposed to a big brake kit -- your factory brake bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. Girodisc rotors are lighter than the OEM rotors, reducing rotational and unsprung weight for quicker acceleration and suspension response. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads and Competition Motorsport RF1 racing brake fluid (also available from CMS), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured in the USA from cast iron, made to the same specification and with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotor's curved-vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from braking while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise typically associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor-ring only replacement to minimize future replacement costs. Priced per pair
PFC Brake Pads 991.08.17.44 FRONT
Performance Friction PFC Brake Pads 991.08.17.44 FRONT $449.95
PFC 08 COMPOUND One of PFC's most popular compounds which came to fame in Endurance Sports Car and GT racing due to its performance in applications where smooth initial bite is a must. PFC 08 has a slight friction rise with temperature, excellent release and modulation characteristics. Despite its considerable performance, PFC 08 has the lowest wear rate of all PFC compounds and can easily match the wear characteristics of competitors' materials but with much higher bite and more consistent performance across a broad temperature range. FITMENT (Iron Rotors Only): Porsche 997.1 & 997.2 GT3/GT3RS Porsche 997 Turbo Porsche 996 GT3
A1-066 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (OEM Steel)
Girodisc A1-066 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (OEM Steel) $1,700.00
This Girodisc system is a 380mm two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination, a direct-replacement upgrade for the one-piece OEM GT4 steel brakes. The A1-166 will bolt directly to the GT4 and work perfectly with your OEM calipers. There are two main reasons for replacing your OEM rotors: first, the Girodisc rotors are designed to shed heat more effectively than the original rotors; second, the slotted Girodisc A1166 will far outlast the OEM drilled rotors. When subjected to intense heat in a racing or track-day environment, the drilled holes in the OEM rotors originate cracks which can lead to rotor failure. When paired with the Girodisc A2-155 rear rotors, your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained. When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Competition Motorsport RF1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc. The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes eight to ten high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade 12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance and cooling. Sold/priced per pair.
