Shipping Charges
Discovery Parts ships most orders totaling $100.00 or more free of charge via standard ground shipping to most destinations within the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories).
Most orders under $100.00 incur a flat shipping fee of $12.95 per order.
Orders shipping outside the contiguous United States, as well as orders requesting expedited shipping services, will have applicable shipping charges calculated during checkout.
Items That Do Not Qualify for Free Shipping
Certain oversized, heavy, or specialty items will incur shipping charges regardless of order total, including but not limited to:
- Harness bars
- Roll bars
- Seats
Shipping Terms
Goods ordered from Discovery Parts will be shipped to the address specified by the customer during checkout. While we strive to process and ship orders promptly, delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Discovery Parts shall not be liable for shipping delays, missed delivery estimates, or carrier-related service interruptions.
Risk of loss and ownership transfer to the buyer upon delivery of the shipment to the carrier.
Any shipping damage, shortages, lost packages, or delivery discrepancies must be reported to Discovery Parts within 5 business days of delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Discovery Parts offers a variety of expedited shipping options to help ensure timely delivery. Please note the following:
- Orders placed by 3:00 PM Central Time typically ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM Central Time generally ship the following business day.
- Expedited shipping transit times are based on business days only and do not include the shipment date, weekends, or holidays.
- Expedited shipping transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Discovery Parts.
- If an expedited shipment is delayed due to an error by Discovery Parts or the carrier, Discovery Parts may, at its sole discretion, refund the expedited shipping premium paid.
- Discovery Parts shall not be liable for any loss of profits, business interruption, loss of use, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays or delivery timing.
International Shipping
Discovery Parts ships products worldwide to most international destinations. Certain products may be restricted from export or import depending on local laws and regulations.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered comply with all applicable laws, regulations, certifications, and import requirements in their destination country.
All import duties, taxes, surcharges, customs fees, brokerage fees, VAT, tariffs, and related charges are solely the responsibility of the buyer. Discovery Parts will not pay, reimburse, refund, or credit any such charges under any circumstances.
If international duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or related charges are refused by the buyer or recipient, Discovery Parts will not issue refunds, exchanges, credits, or replacements for the order.
