Girodisc Magic Pads 1405
Girodisc Girodisc Magic Pads 1405 $275.00
Girodisc "Magic Pads" are the solution to your squeaky, dusty, expensive factory pads. They have less dust than typical factory pads and much less than typical performance pads. You won't be cleaning your wheels nearly as often. Additionally, they have great initial bite, something most less expensive pads are lacking. But the real reason people like our pads so much is they are the "silver bullet" to brake noise problems. Magic pads are a semi-metallic composition that is easy on the rotors and the wallet. We recommend always replacing pads as a whole car set when switching compounds. All magic pads come with our anti-noise shields pre-installed, included in the price. When comparison shopping, be sure to notice the quality of our components. Any questions, give us a call, we're happy to help! Although designed primarily for endurance racing, many competitors use this material successfully for sprint and short distance races also. RSL19 has also found favor in the growing track day market due to the level of control, good cold performance, long life and low disc wear. RSC 1: The Pagid RSC1 is a good street/track compromise for enthusiasts with Carbon-Ceramic Brakes. Used for sprint racing and track days compound with all known types of ceramic brake discs. An ideal combination of cold friction, fade resistance and low thermal oxidation of the disc surface. RSC 2: The Pagid RSC2 is a special race compound for ceramic discs with a high content of fibers in the friction surface. A medium-high friction pad with excellent fade resistance and long pad life, developed for sprint and endurance circuit racing. RSC 3: The Pagid RSC3 is a high-friction compound developed for ceramic discs. With a high initial bite, strong fade resistance, and slightly shorter pad life than the RSC2, this is Pagid's more aggressive ceramic-rotor racing pad.

We recommend using the Pagid 2487 racing brake pad with this Girodisc system. As an authorized Girodisc dealer with one of the largest inventories in the country, we ship products within one business day to ensure we meet your delivery deadline. A1-145 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (C7 Corvette Z06 w-Z07 CCM)
Girodisc A1-145 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors (C7 Corvette Z06 w-Z07 CCM) $1,400.00
The A1-145 Girodisc system is a two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination that directly replaces the fragile and expensive front ceramic brake discs on the C7 Z07. A different brake pad with an annulus -- pad swept area -- of 66mm or less must be used. This is done to keep the rotor weight as low as possible. We recommend using the Cobalt C7 Z07 racing brake pads with this system. Upgrading your brakes with these lightweight, high-performance replacements is an excellent solution to the expensive, fragile ceramic rotors on the C7 Corvette Z06 w/Z07 package. The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured in the US from cast iron, made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotor's curved-vane design was developed in racing as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.   The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system of high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the US to their own specifications and cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade-12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors. The two-piece Girodisc design allows for rotor only replacement as well to minimize future replacement costs and deliver outstanding performance. Sold/priced per pair.

Girodisc A2-145 Girodisc 2pc Rear Brake Rotors (C7 Corvette Z06 w-Z07 CCM) $1,400.00
The A2-145 Girodisc system is an upgrade to a two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination as a direct replacement for the C7 Z07's rear carbon-ceramic brake discs. The Girodisc system bolts right up and work flawlessly with the stock rear calipers and parking brake system. We recommend using the Raybestos ST43 or Pagid 2487 racing brake pads with these Girodisc rotors.   Upgrading your brakes with these lightweight, high-performance replacements is an excellent solution to the expensive, fragile ceramic brakes on the C7 Corvette Z06 w/Z07 package. Girodisc Girodisc Pad Spreader GDPS01 $250.00
Girodisc Brake Pad Spreader This indispensable tool is used by race teams, shops, and enthusiasts alike who have high performance four- and six-piston calipers. The spreader is designed to spread brake pads and pistons in four- and six-piston calipers to facilitate quick replacement of pads and/or rotors in a shop or racing environment. No more screwdrivers, pliers, hammers, or C-clamps! This tool will retract the pistons evenly and all the way back into their bores with one squeeze of the levers. The Girodisc spreader was designed around popular four-piston and six-piston calipers from Brembo, AP Racing, Alcon, and other performance calipers in racing and road use. To help fit in any caliper, the amount of throw is adjustable.Insert the spreading plates one way for wider six-piston calipers, then turn the spreader 90o and use the plate sides for four-piston calipers. The Girodisc Pad Spreader is made from heavy-gauge steel and is powder-coated for durability. The slider is cadmium-plated, and nylon pivot bushings ensure smooth action. The Girodisc Pad Spreader will quickly become an invaluable tool for any race team, shop, or enthusiast who changes pads and rotors with any frequency.

Buy 6+, Save $1 per bottle Buy 12+, Save $2 per bottle REDESIGNED BOTTLE, SAME TOP-OF-THE-LINE BRAKE FLUID Competition Motorsport RF1 fully synthetic Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to provide the highest, most reliable performance under racing and track-day conditions, where braking systems operate at very high sustained temperatures. RF1 exceeds all DOT 3 & 4 requirements and is compatible with all DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids. (Not compatible with DOT5 or mineral-based brake fluids.) There is perhaps no single safety system more important in racing than brakes. And no single part of that system is more critical than brake fluid. At Competition Motorsport, we got tired of (and a little nervous) using "racing" brake fluid on the track that didn't live up to its claimed performance when things got heated. So we did something about it. Manufactured in partnership with the brake fluid supplier to many teams in Formula 1, WEC, and many other professional series, RF1 Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to maintain consistent viscosity, lubricity, and compressibility at extreme temperatures and line pressures found in racing, track days, and spirited driving.   Bottom line: you can spend more money, but you can't buy higher-performing racing brake fluid!   SPECIFICATIONS:   Typical dry boiling point: 622° F (328° C) Typical wet boiling point: 399° F (204° C) Exceeds DOT3 & DOT4 standards Individual 500 ml (16.7 oz.) bottles   Click Here for Product MSDS Sheet All brake fluid degrades over time (not mileage), attracting water as it ages, which, at high brake temperatures, can lead to fluid boil and brake fade or failure. That's why the "wet" (aged) boiling point of any brake fluid is substantially lower than the "dry" (new) boiling point. To maintain maximum braking performance, Competition Motorsport strongly suggests replacing your brake fluid before every track event, but at least every three months if you're consistently racing and/or driving at track days. It's cheap insurance against learning about brake fade the hard way!
