SPEEDCOM GIVES YOU DUAL POWER SOURCES
The Speedcom SCC-2MPI has two independent power sources. For the instructor going from car to car, four internal AA batteries provide multiple weekends of power. For a driver who mounts the Speedcom SCC-2MPI in their car, the supplied power lead can be connected to the vehicle's 12VDC electrical system to power the intercom.
SPEEDCOM TWO PERSON INTERCOM MOUNTING
An incredibly simple and secure roll bar "V" notch is built into this communicator. Just add two worm-drive clamps and your Speedcom SCC-2MPI is secured beyond anything we hope you do in your car. Even rally racers!
SPEEDCOM SCC-2MPI HELMET CONNECTIONS
Two IMSA protocol (4C) female connectors are built-in on leads. These IMSA cables are ready to connect to any helmets with an IMSA helmet comms kits. Or be prepared for unwired helmets by adding one or two Speedcom SCC-SEIH Single Ear Intercom Headsets in the dropdown above.
DUAL INDEPENDENT VOLUME CONTROLS
Dual independent volume controls are mounted on the front for easy control. The driver knob (on the left) also has the main power control built in, eliminating the need for a separate power switch. Clean, simple, powerful sound control.
COMPACT AND RUGGED INTERCOM SYSTEM
The Speedcom SCC-2MPI Two Person Intercom is compact and rugged. The main unit is 9cm (3.5 in.) wide, with roll bar mounting ears extending another 2.5cm (1.0 in.) on each side.
SPEEDCOM GIVES YOU A REAL POWER CABLE
If you've ever had to purchase a race car electronics extension cable just to reach your battery, you know how frustrating that can be. Why did an engineer design a product with a 3" power lead? The Speedcom SCC-2MPI gives you a 12VDC power lead that's 1.3m (4.25 ft.) long.
