Stilo ST6 GT Composite Helmet SA2025

The legendary Stilo composite—lighter, cooler, clearer

For over 25 years, Stilo has led racing-helmet innovation and the ST6 line marks a bold new chapter. With input from top programs, engineers refined front and top aerodynamics for stability at speed. The ST6 GT Composite emphasizes airflow, visibility, and long-stint comfort while meeting modern safety targets. From track-tested aero to a dual-lock visor system, every update is about confidence in the car.

The ST6 improves on the market-leading ST5 in key areas:

• ~10% lighter than Stilo ST5
• ~26% more airflow than Stilo ST5
• ~11% wider downward visibility
• Refined liner and cheek pads
• More shell sizes to optimize weight
• Reworked visor construction for durability and easy care
• Updated visor hardware for smoother actuation

Stilo ST6 GT Composite Auto Racing Helmet Features

Puro Tech: Stilo's composite process minimizes extra coatings to reduce mass without compromising protection.

Added shell size: now offered in three shell sizes, the ST6 GT helps deliver the smallest, lightest shell appropriate for your head size.

What’s Changing in SA2025 Auto Racing Helmets?

SA2025 helmets are here, and while the changes may not be groundbreaking, they represent an important evolution in motorsport safety. According to the Snell Memorial Foundation, the SA2025 standard is an evolutionary update from SA2020—not a complete overhaul. Unlike the M2025 motorcycle standard, which adds rotational impact testing, the SA2025 auto racing helmet standard does not include rotational force requirements.

Key SA2025 Helmet Safety Enhancements:

• Increased Impact Protection: SA2025 helmets are required to handle slightly higher impact speeds and achieve lower maximum peak G-force thresholds across all head-form sizes.
• Global FIA Alignment: These updated requirements bring the SA2025 standard into alignment with the new FIA 8859-2024 helmet safety regulation, creating more consistency across international motorsports.

In short: SA2025 helmets are designed to offer enhanced linear impact protection, making them the safest Snell-rated auto racing helmets to date. Whether you're a competitive racer or a weekend track day enthusiast, upgrading to an SA2025-certified helmet ensures compliance with future racing regulations and gives you peace of mind at speed.
