This Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OEM brake rotors on all C5 and C6 Corvettes equipped with the Z51 package. They will also bolt onto non-Z51 C6s and all C5s with the use of the C6 Z51 caliper brackets (which can be purchased through a GM dealer). The rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with the OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight, high-performance replacements (as opposed to a big brake kit), your factory brake bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency.
