These GiroDisc 2-piece rotors serve as direct replacements for the front rotors found on Hyundai Elantra N, Kona N, and i30 N models. Featuring fully floating assemblies, they effectively reduce unsprung weight and rotating mass on the vehicle's front axle.

Crafted from a proprietary casting of high-carbon iron tailored to GiroDisc’s exacting standards, the rotor rings boast superior metallurgical properties, ensuring enhanced durability. The inclusion of 48 curved vanes acts as a centrifugal pump, drawing air in through the hub to facilitate efficient cooling during intense use. The 2-piece design incorporates a reusable hat, facilitating easy attachment to new rings (part number D1-327) when replacement is needed.

All primary components, including hats, rotor rings, and drive pins, are meticulously manufactured in-house at our Bellingham, WA facility using domestically sourced materials. The hat is constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum and features a durable black anodized finish. Drive pins are crafted from a high-strength steel alloy and coated with cadmium for optimal corrosion resistance. Assembly includes spring clips and Belleville washers to ensure race-ready float while maintaining street-friendly noise levels without loose hardware.

We recommend replacing the rotor rings when they reach a minimum thickness of 28mm or if a crack extends to the ring's edge.
