FIA Homologation: the Lifeline Copse racing harness is FIA 8853-2016 certified
Webbing: full 2" material is used in all positions. The benefits of 2" webbing has been known for a long time, and Lifeline built this harness using the latest technology and racing safety data.
Camlock: Lifeline uses a lightweight oversized rotary lever system to make release easy with gloves on. Also a very nice feature we noticed, is the ability for the lever to go "over-center" and stay in an open position. This may not seem like a big benefit, but we've all released a harness only to have the lever go back to closed, still attached to one belt. Lifeline mitigates this issue with a great racer-input design.
Waist Adjusters: typically only found on high-priced harness systems, the "Zip" enduro driver pull-down adjuster is spring loaded to always keep tension on the waist belts, no matter how much you move around in your chassis. What makes this an enduro driver favorite is that the adjuster clicks into the camlock. On a team with a 140-lb. driver and a 240-lb. driver, the adjuster is always in the same position. From an ITC VW to a Porsche GT2, you'll appreciate this detail on Lifeline's waist adjustment system.
Chassis Fittings: to make installation easy and safe, Lifeline included both bolt-in and snap-on end fittings. Lifeline uses a non-sewn/lock-bar system to make using the enclosed harness ends or wrapping around the cage easy.

ADJUSTERS AND OPTIONS

The super-lightweight ONE Versa 6 point camlock harness from OMP is designed specifically for sedan drivers using a HANS device. Special lightweight adjusters and compact lap belt mounting hardware are used to keep weight to an absolute minimum. Even the buckle tabs have been lightened!
This Versa model is the ideal harness for endurance racing. The shoulder belts are 2" wide along the entire length for better alignment with a HANS device. Each shoulder strap has loops just above the adjusters for attaching radio cables, drink tubes, or rubber bands. The lap belts are 2" wide, and you get both a lap belt set with pull-up adjusters and a lap belt set with pull-down adjusters to suit all installations. The 2" sub straps also have pull-up adjusters for quick driver changes. The rotary camlock buckle is permanently attached to the sub belts by a rounded T-bar.
