To initiate the pairing mode, hold down the power button for a few seconds. The device will appear on the BT pairing screen on the phone, laptop, or other device. Each driver then connects either a Trac-Com Student headset or an integrated helmet kit to their corresponding Chaser unit (optional adapter cable required for integrated kits). With both devices properly setup, the Student and Instructor will use the paired phones to communicate with a phone call or any other audio sharing application on their phone. They provide precise indications of timing and intensity of braking and acceleration. This helps the team to understand whether the driver has accelerated and braked at the right moments, with the correct pedal strength, across multiple laps and overlaid with other critical data. These are very important factors in evaluating driver behavior and improving his/her performance. Data can be logged by your MyChron dash connected to a MyChron Expansion, then analyzed on your PC post-race. Made from anodized aluminum, these sensors are very robust and water-resistant. Calibration is immediate: once installed, connect the sensors to your MyChron Expansion and set pedal positions (high position and zero position). After that, the sensor will start transmitting accelerator or brake pedal data.

Carbotechâ 1521â operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 800 F (426 C+). 1521â is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle or fleet vehicle. Carbotechâ 1521â is NOT recommended for ANY track use. Carbotechâ AX6â The AX6â is specifically engineered for Autocross applications. A high torque brake compound delivering reliable and consistent performance over a very wide operating temperature range of 50 F to 1000 F + (10 C to 537 C+). Extremely high fade resistance and very rotor friendly. Perfect for track day use with any tire and can still be driven safely to and from the track.
