Moving your original AiM Solo DL from one car to another and need another harness for only power or both power and data input, this is your cable. If you are putting a Solo DL into an older vehicle and need a power supply cable, use this and use only the + and - wires and fold back the can inputs.
This harness connects your SoloDL to your ECU via CAN or RS232 wiring. One end has a 7-pin 712 (screw-in) connector to fit the SoloDL, and the other has 6 non-terminated wires (CAN+, CAN-, RS232RX, RS232TX, Power, and Ground).
Does not fit the new AiM Solo2 DL.

AiM GPS & CAN extension cable with the 5 pin male going to a 5 pin female connector. The 712 5 pin has 5 pins and a chrome threaded barrel (screw-in) connection. These extension cables are used to lengthen any CAN cable to provide a perfect installation. We use the AiM 712-715 patch cable to lengthen an AiM GPS08 antenna, Data Hub or any other CAN item. These are male on one side and female on the other side, so connecting them is series is allowed.
This cable will fit between a SmartyCam GP process and lens, but will not work. You need the AiM SmartyCam GP LVDS Cable for this.

How do I make sure I have an original SmartyCam H.D. Rev 1? First, your SmartyCam does not have any type of microphone. Second there is a 5 pin connection (for this control cable) and a 4 pin connection for GPS antenna. If you have a 4 pin and 7 pin, the you have a new Rev 2.
