How It Works
Connect the ring terminals directly to your vehicle’s battery.
Route the harness to an accessible location (outside hood, trunk, or seat).
When needed, plug your XP-20 or XP-20-HD Micro-Start directly into the harness to energize or jump-start the vehicle.
Tip: On modern vehicles that lock down when the battery dies, route the 45-inch harness outside the trunk or hood so you can energize the vehicle to unlock it.
Safety Notes
Remove the Micro-Start from the harness as soon as the vehicle starts or is energized.
Do not leave the Micro-Start connected for more than 3 minutes when energizing.
Do not leave the Micro-Start connected more than 90 seconds after a jump start to prevent back-charging damage.
