RF1 exceeds all DOT 3 & 4 requirements and is compatible with all DOT 3, 4, and 5.1 fluids. (Not compatible with DOT5 or mineral-based brake fluids.) There is perhaps no single safety system more important in racing than brakes. And no single part of that system is more critical than brake fluid. At Competition Motorsport, we got tired of (and a little nervous) using "racing" brake fluid on the track that didn't live up to its claimed performance when things got heated. So we did something about it. Manufactured in partnership with the brake fluid supplier to many teams in Formula 1, WEC, and many other professional series, RF1 Racing Brake Fluid is formulated to maintain consistent viscosity, lubricity, and compressibility at extreme temperatures and line pressures found in racing, track days, and spirited driving. That's why the "wet" (aged) boiling point of any brake fluid is substantially lower than the "dry" (new) boiling point. To maintain maximum braking performance, Competition Motorsport strongly suggests replacing your brake fluid before every track event, but at least every three months if you're consistently racing and/or driving at track days. It's cheap insurance against learning about brake fade the hard way!

The Ferodo DS3.12 is identified with production code "G" and is the latest evolution in the Ferodo's DS track-only brake pad line. Designed for Hyper, Super and modern sports cars that have increased horsepower, more aero, higher curb weight, and stickier tires.These attributes all place greater demands on the vehicle’s ABS system. The Ferodo DS3.12 is the modern pad compound designed from the start to explicitly handle those demands. Pagid Racing Brake Pads No. 8081 RS 14: Outside the track day environment, RS14 has shown success in short- to medium-distance circuit racing as well as gravel and tarmac rallying. RS14 offers very low heat conductivity, resulting in lower caliper and brake fluid temperatures. RS14 offers consistent levels of performance and much longer life than competitors' products without excessive rotor wear, offering the driver supreme confidence. The PAGID RS14 (Black) is a high-friction-value ceramic compound with very good modulation, high fade resistance, low heat conductivity, and a good wear rate up to a constant temperature of 1,200 F (650 C). It's kind on rotors, with visible grooving but no tendency to crack them. RS14 is our most popular ceramic-based friction material. It will tolerate much higher working disc temperatures than PAGID RS4-2, extending fade resistance. RS14 is used as an OEM material and supplied as an upgraded track day pad by Lotus Motorsport. It has been shown to exhibit optimum levels of braking force, control and modulation on popular track-day cars such as the Lotus Elise and Caterham 7. RSL 29: Designed primarily for endurance racing, due to consistent levels of performance and user friendliness many competitors use this material for sprint and short distance races also. RS29 has also found favor in the growing track-day market due to the high level of control, good cold performance, long life, and low rotor wear. The PAGID RS29 (Yellow) is the world-leading endurance brake pad used by most of the winning teams in motorsport. Based on the RS14, a slight reduction of the friction value improves modulation and longevity. The friction value remains high enough for cars without power-assisted brake systems, ensuring low effort on the brake pedal. Constant temperatures up to 1,100 F (600 C) are possible. This combination of friction value, fading stability, and low wear rates on pads and rotors is unmatched. Due to its excellent release characteristics and controllability, PAGID endurance materials are also often used for sprint races. This material provides very good levels of performance and response at all temperature levels; only slight temperature inputs are required to bring the pad up to its optimum performance level. A favorite with endurance racers at events such as Le Mans, Daytona, Spa, Nurburgring, etc. Due to the exceptional pad life and very low wear on brake discs it has been possible to run 24 hours without a change of pads or discs. This has proved suitable for applications running very high disc temperatures.
