The Prime race suit has unparalleled technological features created in the Sparco R&D laboratories. The driver race suit project involved optimizing every single detail in terms of material and construction. This includes an ultra slim zipper, soft seamless Nomex/Vicosa wrists and ankle cuffs, the neck and shoulder pads were further reduced, thinner thread was used and stitching flattened.
The Sparco Prime LT race suit features a three-layer construction of proprietary Sparco technology. All users shall ensure that the Chillout Pro Sport garments are not too tight, as this reduces the level of protection, and that they are also comfortable to wear under the actual conditions of use.
Wearers are warned of the particular vulnerability of the neck, wrists, and ankles. The neck, wrist, and ankles shall always be covered by at least two articles of protective clothing.
The balaclava and top underlayers shall overlap by a minimum of 3cm / 1.2" around the driver's neck, except at the front center line where there shall be 8cm / 3.2" overlap. The top and bottom underlayers shall overlap by a minimum of 7cm / 2.8" around the drivers waist.
MAINTENANCE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERWEAR
Chillout PRO SPORT Flame Resistant underwear must be cleaned and ironed according to the instructions on the label and always to be handled with care. Drivers should replace any and all items as soon as they show signs of wear. Please note that the materials are light sensitive and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Forcing fresh air to your cooler is the most efficient way to increase cooling performance and reduce amp draw from your electrical system. This plenum fits perfectly to the intake side of your Quantum Cooler, allowing much cooler air to be forced through the system via any three-inch duct (cooler, ducting, and intake scoop not included). A minimum Uber3 blower (sold separately) should be used in conjunction with the plenum in order to cool properly.
This carbon fiber plenum attaches via automotive-grade adhesive tape, creating a firm seal to keep the cooler pressurized with incoming cool air. This forces cool air all the way through the system and back out the exhaust side of the cooler, the most efficient way to reach maximum cooling capacity.

The Sparco Air Pro RF-5W helmet line is a result of over 40 years of research and development experience, including wind tunnel testing. The new range was designed to meet the requirements of the new Snell SA2020 and FIA 8859-2015 ratings. The 2020 type-approval introduces new impact requirements, the helmets need to dissipate large amounts of energy in different ways. To meet these requirements Sparco is introducing new innovations for driver safety and comfort. All shells now have layers of carbon-Kevlar for greater strength. The helmets have also been wind-tunnel tested to maximize exterior vent placement and flow. The EPS interiors and padding have also been redesigned for increased airflow and driver comfort. Sparco also introduces a new size: Medium/Large. This M/L size takes advantage of using the smaller shell which is lighter and more compact.
