Pagid Pre-Bedding Service
Some Pagid racing brake pads are available pre-bedded and “ready to race”. Good preparation and adjustment of the car is the basic requirement for any successful race. Bedding the brake components requires good concentration, experience and a lot of training time. But time is often crucial and you need to save it for other purposes.
Incorrectly bedded brakes reduce the controllability and the lifetime of the pads and discs. The maximum braking performance can only be achieved by correctly bedded brake parts.
To save time and money, we offer pre-bedding brake pads via a computer controlled system. Using the right sensory input, we can precisely bed in your pads free from environmental influences like traffic, rain, and even driver training.
RSL 19 Compound:
Pagid RSL 19 is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers. It maintains a constant friction level across a broad range of temperatures. The material features very good modulation and release characteristics. Rear axle usage in combination with RSL 1 or RSL 2 on the front axle in heavier cars (GT3/GTE). Front axle usage for lighter GT and touring cars.
Pagid RSL 19-5, a variation on RSL 19, has a slightly higher, more aggressive coefficient of friction and a stronger initial bite than RSL 19. Often used on the rear axle of heavier GT3 and GTE cars to fine-tune brake bias. It can also be used on the front of lighter cars for a more aggressive feel than RSL 19.
RSL 29 Compound:
The PAGID RSL 29 (Yellow) is the world-leading endurance brake pad used by most of the winning teams in motorsport. Although designed primarily for endurance racing, many competitors use this material successfully for sprint and short distance races also. RS29 has also found favor in the growing track day market due to the level of control, good cold performance, long life and low disc wear.
Pagid RSL D1 Compound
Pagid RSL D1 compound was engineered especially for race cars with high aerodynamic downforce levels, and with a wide brake balance range. Specifically developed for rear axle applications, the compound provides benefits in terms of vehicle stability during turn-in and unloading the front axle on corner exit.
RSL 1 Compound
Used in GT cars, touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to the high friction and good modulation, often used in sprint races as well.
RSL 1 is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers with very high heat resistance. It maintains a constant friction level over a wide range of temperatures. Its reduced wear rate and disc friendliness make this material appropriate for endurance races.
Pagid RSL 2 Compound:
RSL 2 is a low metallic resin bonded material containing steel and aramid fibers with high heat resistance. It maintains a constant friction level over a wide range of temperatures. Its reduced wear rate and disc friendliness make this material appropriate for endurance races on applications with high cooling efficiency. RSL 2 features excellent pad life and modulation, as well as friction stability at high temperatures.
Applications include GT cars, touring cars and prototype endurance racing. Due to excellent modulation characteristics, RSL 2 is often also used in sprint races.
Pagid RST 1 Compound
Used in Rally tarmac, GT cars and touring cars circuit racing (sprint), high down-force formula cars, NASCAR. Suitable for applications in heavy cars and where high torque is necessary against small diameter rotors. RST 1 has a very high friction level and high temperature resistance. It is a semi-metallic resin bonded material containing steel fibers. Cold friction and initial bite makes this material most appropriate for Rally and NASCAR applications.
Pagid RST D1 Compound:

The super-lightweight ONE Versa 6 point camlock harness from OMP is designed specifically for sedan drivers using a HANS device. Special lightweight adjusters and compact lap belt mounting hardware are used to keep weight to an absolute minimum. Even the buckle tabs have been lightened!
This Versa model is the ideal harness for endurance racing. The shoulder belts are 2" wide along the entire length for better alignment with a HANS device. Each shoulder strap has loops just above the adjusters for attaching radio cables, drink tubes, or rubber bands. The lap belts are 2" wide, and you get both a lap belt set with pull-up adjusters and a lap belt set with pull-down adjusters to suit all installations. The 2" sub straps also have pull-up adjusters for quick driver changes. The rotary camlock buckle is permanently attached to the sub belts by a rounded T-bar. No more sitting on the buckle when you get in the car! Hook-and-loop fasteners on the lap and shoulder belts can also be used to keep the belts out of the way during driver changes. A special detent prevents accidental buckle release.
The shoulder belts include 3-bar sliders for wrap-around mounting. The lap belts have lightweight carabiners sewn in for use with eyebolts (included). The anti-sub belts have snap-in end plates installed with 3-bar sliders for easy conversion to wrap-around mount. Includes 4 forged eyebolts with 7/16-20 UNF threads.

The Ferodo DS3.12 is a track only compound with the flattest torque curve across the largest temperature range with very high torque. The Ferodo DS3.12 is identified with production code "G" and is the latest evolution in the Ferodo's DS track-only brake pad line. Designed for Hyper, Super and modern sports cars that have increased horsepower, more aero, higher curb weight, and stickier tires.These attributes all place greater demands on the vehicle’s ABS system.
The Ferodo DS3.12 is the modern pad compound designed from the start to explicitly handle those demands. Out of all the pad compounds we have ever tested, even from manufacturers, the DS3.12 shows the flattest torque curve across the broadest temperature range. That means that on every turn, on every track you drive, on every lap, your brake pedal is going to feel almost exactly the same, providing tremendous consistency and repeatability.
The DS3.12 has a higher mu than all of Ferodo’s other compounds, so not as much leg pressure is required to initiate the desired response. It is also unfadable, showing no drop in performance at any temp your brakes will ever see. In dyno testing, the DS3.12 has shown superior wear rates to the other Ferodo compounds, while remaining kind to the discs. Designed for driving on the street, mountain runs and light track day with a stable average friction coefficient of 0,41 over a wide working temperature range of 32 to 932 F, (0 to 500 C)Featuring a moderately high initial bite and the solid fade resistance of a trackpad, but with relatively low dust and noise levels of a street pad. When the Ferodo DS2500 is used as a street pad, it can produce some squeal on most vehicle platforms. The most common use of the Ferodo DS2500 is mountain runs, autocross, and some light track duty on street tires in colder temperatures.When used on track on heavy (3,000+ lbs.+) track cars with high horsepower and R Compound tires, the DS2500 pad wear rates tend to be considerably higher vs. Ferodo Racing's other compounds. This special harness has one 22-pin and one 37-pin Deutsch connector to plug into the back of the MXL 2 or MXG dash. The other end of the harness has female connectors designed to accept your current MXL wiring harness. You won't have to cut wires, re-run cables, or even unplug your sensors! Simply disconnect the two rectangular AMP connectors from the back of your MXL and plug them into this harness. Your lap timing receiver and anything plugged into the CAN port can be connected to the harness as well. This harness also provides connections for speed inputs 2-4, 3 CAN inputs, and CAN/K-line ECU wiring, for full access to all of the advanced features of the MXL 2 and MXG/MXS.

The Corvette was equipped from the factory with many great things. Seats are not one of those things. Those who have added a proper racing seat to their Corvette often say it's the most important mod they've made to increase their track-day enjoyment and safety. However, a proper racing seat should be mounted from the side on fixed mounts, not using the OEM seat hardware. As a result, headroom becomes a concern with any racing seat in a Corvette, but AMT Motorsports has effectively eliminated that concern with the Ultra-Low Seat Mount.
INNOVATIVE DESIGN
Countless development hours were spent making the Ultra-Low Seat Mount the best available for the Corvette. (The only way to get your seat lower in your car is to cut a hole in it!) The bottom of the seat can literally touch the floor in your Corvette. By machining a perfect hex in the mounts to accept the mounting bolts for the side brackets, AMT maximizes seat clearance. This machined hex also removes an extra wrench (and a whole lot of headache) from the install process.
These seat mounts are machined from 6061-T6 extruded aluminum. Rather than allow the side brackets to only sit on bolts, AMT machines the brackets so there's a perfect mechanical interface with the bottom and side of each floor mount, increasing stiffness and strength. Included with every mount are studs and hardware to allow the mount to be bolted using the factory Corvette seat studs.
OPTIONAL SUB-STRAP BAR
Finally there is an optional integral, movable cross bar to accept five- and six-point sub straps. This sub-strap bar is bolted to the floor mounts with flat head screws, and there are two more holes in the cross bar in case your sanctioning body requires you to bolt the bar through the floor. Two eye-bolts are included with the cross bar. We don't recommend using a different sub-strap bar with the AMT mount since you'll need to modify either the mount or the sub-strap bar to get it to fit. If you're ordering this mount without a sub-strap bar, you should mount your eyebolts directly through the floor.

As with everything AMT makes make, these mounts and sub-strap bars are proudly 100% made in the USA. If any part of the mount fails for any reason, AMT Motorsport will replace the offending part free of charge.
