The Girodisc system is an upgrade to a two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination and is a direct replacement for the OEM McLaren carbon-ceramic brake rotors. These two-piece floating rotors will bolt directly to the car and work with your OEM calipers perfectly1. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight, high-performance replacements (as opposed to a big brake kit), your factory brake bias is maintained, along with your ABS efficiency.
Girodisc two-piece floating rotors are lighter than OEM brake rotors. This reduction in rotational mass and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration, sharper steering, and faster suspension response.
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads and CMS RF-1 brake fluid (available from ), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors.
The central hat section of each Girodisc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron constructed in the USA, made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors' curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes ten high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by Grade-12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement as well, minimizing future replacement costs and delivering outstanding performance.
Sold/priced per pair.
1 Note: These Girodisc rotors have a different annulus (pad swept area) than the OEM CCM rotors, to maintain their light weight. A brake pad with an annulus of 66mm or less must be used with these Girodisc rotors.

Brembo N.V.
Brembo Brakes 320x28 Front Rotors & Four Piston Calipers
$1,995.00
For Drivers Who Demand the Utmost From Their Car
Designed and tested specifically for track day enthusiasts as well as drivers who demand the highest performance from their cars, the Brembo 320x20 Rotor and Four Piston Caliper kit offers superlative performance for both daily driving and demanding track day sessions.
Brembo kit consists of cross-drilled, ventilated, one-piece brake discs and aluminium calipers with 4 pistons; a complete set of high performance Brembo brake pads; metal-braided hoses; and high quality hardware.
Brembo Brakes Kit Details:
Fitment: FRONT
Rotor material: Cast iron
Rotor type: cross-drilled, single piece
Rotor size: 320mm D x 28mm W
Caliper: two-piece aluminum, fixed mount, four piston
Braided hoses: INCLUDED
Hardware: INCLUDED
Solutions and Technologies Born on the Race Track
Brembo braking systems consist of motorsports-derived components offering levels of technology and performance without par on the market today and embodying the purest expression of Brembo's state-of-the-art technology.
The kit consists of fixed aluminium calipers with four opposed pistons combined with cross-drilled one-piece discs. Brembo kits combine the best solutions available to offer the perfect solution for the individual characteristics of each car model.
The heart of the kit consists of aluminium Brembo calipers, machined from a single billet of cast aluminium that ensures outstanding rigidity and minimized deflection under hard braking loads. The one-piece discs supplied in the kit feature an exclusive venting system that improves cooling capacity and increases resistance to cracking caused by thermal shock by over 40%.
Cross-drilled finishes are designed and executed with meticulous precision. These holes in the braking surface help dissipate heat, eliminate brake dust, and evacuate gases. A set of high-performance brake pads with specific friction materials for each application, TüV/DOT homologated metal-braided hoses, an adapter, and high-quality fastener hardware complete the kit.
More Braking Torque and Thermal Capacity On Track
Using radial-mounted fixed calipers together with oversized discs gives your braking system greater braking torque and superior thermal capacity. The result is a braking action that is noticeably more immediate and decisive even in normal road usage, and is extraordinarily powerful and consistent under the repeated loads of track use.
Fixed calipers improve the durability and efficiency of the system: the four opposed pistons act on the pads with more precision due to the smaller piston diameter and the reduced pressure exerted on each individual piston compared to typical single-piston floating calipers. The greater overall contact area between the pads and pistons results in more uniform friction surface wear. The superlative stiffness of the calipers and the metal braided hoses result in improved, more stable brake pedal pressure, making it possible to modulate braking force more precisely and enhancing pedal feel.
Rotor cross-drilling, together with the greater dimensions of the disc surface, improves the dispersion of the heat generated by the repeated, intense thermal stress that the discs are subjected to, for consistent braking performance and pedal feel even after numerous laps on the track.
Brembo Says You Mean Business
With a combination of painted calipers (available in red or black) flaunting the Brembo logo and cross-drilled discs, this Brembo Brakes kit gives your car an unmistakably sporty, eye-catching look, offering that extra touch for drivers who want their vehicle to stand out from the crowd.

A1-276 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors for Porsche 992 GT3/GT3RS (OEM PCCB)
$1,950.00
A1-276 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors for Porsche 992 GT3/GT3RS (OEM PCCB)
FITMENT:
Porsche GT3 (992) w/ factory PCCB
Porsche GT3RS (992) w/ factory PCCB
This 410mm Girodisc conversion system is a direct front rotor replacement for the Porsche 992 GT3 and GT3RS originally equipped with PCCB brakes. These two-piece floating iron rotors with aluminum hats will bolt directly to your Porsche and work flawlessly with the OEM front calipers.
You must use must use the pad shape used on the 992 GT3/GT3RS with iron rotors. The annulus (pad swept height) of these rotors is smaller than the PCCBs to keep rotor weight low and allow far better pad selection.
By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high-performance Girodisc rotors, especially when paired with Girodisc A2-154 rear rotors, your Porsche's factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained.
The low rotational mass and unsprung weight of Girodisc rotors allows for quick acceleration and fast transient suspension response. Most racers replace the factory PCCBs with Girodisc rotors to avoid the inevitable damage to fragile carbon-ceramic discs when swapping wheels at the track.
We suggest using these rotors with these Pagid 4924 or PFC brake pad profiles normally used in the Porsche 991 GT3 without PCCB. When combined with RF1 Racing brake fluid or the New HALO P1 High Performance Brake Fluid, you'll have an extremely reliable and durable solution to cracked or broken carbon-ceramic rotors at a fraction of the cost of factory PCCBs.
The central hat section of the Girodisc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum.

Girodisc A1-291 Rotor FAQs:
Do I need to change pads or calipers? No, these rotors are designed to work perfectly with your factory calipers and pad shape.
Are these rotors good for track use? Absolutely. They offer superior heat dissipation and reduced weight, making them ideal for repeated high-speed stops.
Can I drive with these on the street? Yes, these rotors are engineered to be quiet and smooth enough for daily driving while still delivering track-ready performance.

A1-272 Girodisc 2pc Front Brake Rotors for Porsche 992 GT3 (OEM Steel)
These Rotors Fit The Following Cars (w/ OEM Steel Rotors)
Porsche 992 GT3, Front
Porsche 992 GT3RS, Front
The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OEM disc on the 992 Porsche GT3 and GT3RS with OEM iron rotors. No modifications are necessary, allowing use of unmodified factory pad shapes (unlike most racing rotors for this Porsche). The Girodisc rotors will bolt directly to your car and work perfectly with the excellent OEM Brembo calipers. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high performance replacements -- as opposed to a big brake kit -- the brake bias and ABS actuation dialed-in by Porsche engineers are preserved.
The pins are secured by class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.
The two-piece Girodisc design allows for disc-only replacement as well, minimizing future replacement costs and delivering outstanding performance.
Sold/priced per pair.
