The Sparco QRT-C Performance Carbon seat represents the luxury evolution of the QRT-C race seat. The QRT-C Performance Carbon uses the same FIA approved light-weight all-carbon fiber race shell as the QRT-C race seat but is covered in Italian Leather and Alcantara. The QRT-C Performance Carbon is constructed from “Pre-Preg” aerospace grade carbon fiber, also known as Dry Carbon. The seats are handstitched in the Sparco OEM factory in Torino Italy. The Sparco QRT-C Performance Carbon has a unique CAD design that features a lower seating position that can fit a larger/taller driver with the exterior dimensions that can fit into smaller cockpits. The QRT-C Performance can hold the driver during extreme lateral forces, but is also comfortable for long road trips. The QRT-C Performance Carbon seat is FIA Approved.

The Sparco Prime race suit was developed for the McLaren Formula One team and is one of the lightest FIA 8856-2018 approved racing suits in the world. The Prime race suit has unparalleled technological features created in the Sparco R&D laboratories. The driver race suit project involved optimizing every single detail in terms of material and construction. This includes an ultra slim zipper, soft seamless Nomex/Vicosa wrists and ankle cuffs, the neck and shoulder pads were further reduced, thinner thread was used and stitching flattened.
The Sparco Prime LT race suit features a three-layer construction of proprietary Sparco technology. The third, outer layer is a double faced mesh made from original DuPont Nomex Comfort fabric, woven using the Kompact system. The material contains a high percentage of antistatic fibers which provide extremely effective antistatic properties as well as breathability. The Prime race suit features pre-curved arms and legs as well as an inner thigh stretch panel for ultimate comfort.

More Braking Torque and Thermal Capacity on Track
Using radial-mounted fixed calipers together with oversized discs gives the system greater braking torque and superior thermal capacity. The result is a braking action that is noticeably more immediate and decisive even in normal road usage, and is extraordinarily powerful and consistent under the repeated loads of track use.
Fixed calipers improve the durability and efficiency of the system: the opposed multiple pistons act on the pads with more precision, due to the smaller piston diameter and the reduced pressure exerted on each individual piston, while the greater overall surface area between the pads and pistons results in more uniform friction surface wear. The superlative stiffness of the calipers and the metal braided hoses reduce brake fluid absorption. The result is improved, more stable brake pedal pressure, making it possible to modulate braking force more precisely and enhancing pedal feel.
The greater dimensions of the braking rotor surface improve the dispersion of the heat generated by the repeated, intense thermal stress that the discs are subjected to, for consistent braking performance and pedal feel even after numerous laps on the track.

Every product we make uses pre-impregnated dry carbon formed in a CNC-machined billet aluminum mold which is manufactured by laser-scanning the OEM component(s) so you know you ll have a perfect fit, every time. Dry carbon is stronger and lighter than wet carbon, often weighing 1/3 of our competitors products. Our manufacturing methods also produce a smoother surface on each part for more dimensional accuracy; shaving edges, widening mounting holes and flexing pieces to make them fit are a thing of the past.
C3 Carbon also applies an automotive urethane clear-coat which is U/V cured for durability and guarantees C3 Carbon parts won't yellow over time.
Many of our competitors use wet carbon (which is heavier), and some use fiberglass with a carbon overlay (much heavier, as the carbon fiber has epoxy literally painted onto it). These materials and manufacturing methods produce a poor finish due to air contamination, and because the epoxy isn t applied uniformly throughout the weave. These products are also much weaker than C3 Carbon products. Finally, most competitors use a fiberglass mold, which is far less expensive but cannot maintain the strict tolerances we demand of our own products. In the end, the fit and finish simply cannot stand up to C3 Carbon products.
