The Forgeline RB1 is a fully-forged one-piece monoblock wheel that utilizes manufacturing technology similar to our very successful GA1R wheel. The RB1 features a concave 10-spoke design with a subtle directional twist on each spoke, so each set includes unique left and right versions. The RB1 also utilizes Forgeline I-beam technology along each spoke and along the front lip between spokes to reduce mass and enhance strength & rigidity. And our one-piece monoblock forging and computer-simulated FEA design process yield a wheel that is lightweight, extremely stiff, and has excellent fatigue strength.
The RB1 is machined from a single forging of 6061-T6 aluminum. It is currently available in 18, 19, 20, and 21-inch diameters with a range of widths and offsets. (Please Note: Depending on size, the RB1 may be available in deep, medium, or shallow concave profiles. See sizing chart for details.) And just like any Forgeline wheel, the RB1 is available with fully customizable finish options.

Our CF1 Open Lug Cap Edition is based upon our popular CF1 monoblock wheel, but has significant material machined from the center area for additional weight reduction, improved access to the lugs, and an exaggerated extra-aggressive concave look. But unlike the Competition Series CF1R Open Lug racing wheel (which will NOT accept a center cap), this Cap Edition has a redesigned hub center and includes a unique specially-engineered tall center cap (with Forgeline Motorsport engraving) to cover the hub spindle and protect it from the elements.

Designed and tested specifically for track-day enthusiasts and drivers who demand the utmost performance from their cars, these kits offer superlative performance for both everyday driving and demanding track-day sessions. Brembo kits consist of cross-drilled or slotted, ventilated one-piece discs and aluminium calipers with four pistons; a complete set of high performance pads; metal-braided hoses; and high quality hardware.
Solutions and Technologies Born on the Race Track
Braking systems consisting of motorsports-derived components offering levels of technology and performance without par on the market today and embodying the purest expression of Brembo's state-of-the-art technology.
The kit consists of aluminium calipers with opposed pistons which, depending on the car model and in increasing order of performance, may be composite, monoblock or even billet monoblock components, combined with cross-drilled or slotted one-piece oversized discs.
Brembo kits combine the best solutions available to offer the perfect solution for the individual characteristics of each model. The heart of the kit consists of aluminium calipers. These are also available as monoblock parts machined from a single billet of cast aluminium, which ensure outstanding rigidity and minimised deformation. The discs supplied in the kit are one-piece, featuring an exclusive venting system that improves cooling capacity and increases resistance to cracking caused by thermal shock by over 40%.
Cross-drilled and slotted finishes are designed and executed with meticulous precision. These holes or slots in the braking surface help dissipate heat and eliminate brake dust and gases. A set of high-performance brake pads with specific friction materials for each application, T√úV/DOT homologated metal-braided hoses, an adapter and high-quality fastener hardware complete the kit.
More Braking Torque and Thermal Capacity on Track
Using radial-mounted fixed calipers together with oversized discs gives the system greater braking torque and superior thermal capacity. The result is a braking action that is noticeably more immediate and decisive even in normal road usage, and is extraordinarily powerful and consistent under the repeated loads of track use.
Fixed calipers improve the durability and efficiency of the system: the opposed multiple pistons act on the pads with more precision, due to the smaller piston diameter and the reduced pressure exerted on each individual piston, while the greater overall surface area between the pads and pistons results in more uniform friction surface wear. The superlative stiffness of the calipers and the metal braided hoses reduce brake fluid absorption. The result is improved, more stable brake pedal pressure, making it possible to modulate braking force more precisely and enhancing pedal feel.
The greater dimensions of the braking rotor surface improves the dispersion of the heat generated by the repeated, intense thermal stress that the discs are subjected to, for consistent braking performance and pedal feel even after numerous laps on the track.

The 2-piece floating disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OEM calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with these lightweight high-performance replacements as opposed to a big brake kit, your factory bias is maintained as well as your ABS efficiency. The Giro Disc rotors are lighter than OEM pieces. The reduction in rotational and unsprung weight allows for quicker acceleration and suspension response.
When used with Pagid or PFC performance brake pads, and Discovery Parts RF-1 brake fluid (also available from CompetitionMotorsport.com), you have an amazing solution to overheating, cracking and warping rotors.
The central hat section of the disc is made from 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The disc is manufactured from cast iron which is constructed in the USA and is made to the same specification with the same material used by professional racing organizations. The rotors curved vane design was developed in racing and acts as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.
The rotor and hat mount together through a floating mount system which utilizes 8-10 high strength alloy steel drive pins manufactured by GiroDisc in the USA to our own specifications and are cadmium plated for corrosion resistance. The alloy drive pins transfer the load from the brake action while maintaining the axial and radial float between the disc rotor and hat. The pins are secured by grade12 cap screws with hardened washers and mounted with anti-noise spring washers to allow for heat expansion while eliminating the rattle and noise associated with floating rotors.

The Girodisc system is a direct replacement for the OE disc on the 992 GT3, GT3RS, and GT2RS with OEM iron rotors. No modifications are necessary, allows use of factory unmodified pads unlike most aftermarket solutions for this application. The disc will bolt directly to the car and work with OE calipers perfectly. By upgrading your brakes with lightweight, high performance replacements -- as opposed to a big brake kit -- your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are preserved.The central hat section of our rotor is made from strictly USA-sourced 6061-T6 aircraft specification aluminum. The rotor is made from Girodisc's own proprietary cast iron, poured in the USA and machined from start to finish in house at Girodisc. The rotor utilizes a curved vane design, developed in racing to act as a centrifugal pump to force cooling air through the disc.The rotor and hat have a floating mount system, which utilizes 12 high strength alloy steel drive pins, manufactured by Girodisc in the USA to their own specifications and cadmium plated for long-lasting corrosion resistance. These pins take the load from braking while maintaining the axial and radial float between the hat and disc. The pins are secured by Class 12.9 cap screws with hardened washers. In order to keep the rotors from making noise when cold, the pins are mounted with anti-noise spring washers on the rotor side which allow the rotor to grow with heat expansion, eliminating the rattle and noise commonly associated with floating rotors. This Girodisc system is a 380mm two-piece steel rotor and aluminum hat combination, a direct-replacement upgrade for the one-piece OEM GT4 Clubsport steel brakes. The A2-266 will bolt directly to the GT4 ClubSport and work perfectly with your OEM calipers. There are two main reasons for replacing your OEM rotors: first, the Girodisc rotors are designed to shed heat more effectively than the original rotors; second, the slotted Girodisc A2-266 will far outlast the OEM drilled rotors. When subjected to intense heat in a racing or track-day environment, the drilled holes in the OEM rotors originate cracks which can lead to rotor failure. When paired with the Girodisc A1-266 front rotors, your factory brake bias and ABS efficiency are maintained.
