Fitting the Camaro SS, Z28, ZL1 and 1LE the Ferodo FCP1348W-N racing brake pad in the DS1.11 compound is a long duration endurance race pad that is also used in the Red Group of advanced track day drivers. Featuring a flat torque curve with an intermediate profile, the Ferodo DS1.11 is repeatable across the entire temperature range, making it a great choice for many track drivers and racers.

Ferodo DS1.11 Brake Compound Details:The Ferodo DS1.11 is a long duration endurance pad with an incredible flat torque curve across the workable range of 392 to 1382 . Designed to put you on the podium of your next World Racing League race, the Ferodo DS1.11 is a track only pad that is designed for repeatable stopping performance and feel across a very wide temperature spectrum. The Ferodo DS1.11 brake compound makes the chassis repeatable in every brake zone, lap after lap. The cold friction profile of the Ferodo DS1.11 is predictable and grows linear as your pad heats up with very good fade resistance all the way to its maximum 1382 F limit. Another common use of the Ferodo DS1.11 is an advanced track day driver in the red group in a well set-up chassis with sticky rubber and aero.

The 1521รข compound is known for its release and modulation, along with unmatched rotor friendliness. 1521รข is also a very low dusting and low noise compound with an excellent initial bite. This compound's excellent linear torque production provides incredible braking force without ABS intervention. Carbotechรข 1521รข operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 800 F (426 C+). 1521รข is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle or fleet vehicle. Carbotechรข 1521รข is NOT recommended for ANY track use.
Carbotechรข AX6รข
The AX6รข is specifically engineered for Autocross applications. A high torque brake compound delivering reliable and consistent performance over a very wide operating temperature range of 50 F to 1000 F + (10 C to 537 C+). The advanced compound matrix provides an excellent initial bite, high coefficient of friction at lower temperatures along with very progressive brake modulation and release characteristics. Many drivers use the AX6รข for street driving as well, even though Carbotechรข doesn't recommend street driving with AX6รข due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise. AX6รข is NOT recommended as a race compound in most applications.
Carbotechรข XP8รข
A high torque brake compound with a wide operating temperature range of 200 F-1250 F+ (93 C to 676 C+). Carbotechรข XP8รข is the first of our racing compounds. Good initial bite at race temperatures, high coefficient of friction, excellent modulation and release characteristics. Extremely high fade resistance and very rotor friendly. Perfect for track day use with any tire and can still be driven safely to and from the track. Carbotechรข does NOT recommended XP8รข as a daily driven street pad due to elevated levels of dust and noise. Carbotechรข XP8รข is a great compound on the front & rear of most open wheel and sports racers.

The XP10รข has a very strong initial bite with a coefficient of friction and rotor friendliness unmatched in the industry. Fade resistance is in excess of 1475 F (801 C). XP10รข still maintains the highly praised release, excellent modulation and rotor friendliness that have made all Carbotechรข compounds so successful. Carbotechรข XP10รข is not recommended as a daily-driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.

Another highly successful XPรข series compound with an excellent initial bite, torque and fade resistance over and above the XP10รข compound. XP12รข has temperature range of 250 F to 1850 F+ (121 C to 1010 C+). The XP12รข has that excellent Carbotechรข release and modulation that has made all other Carbotechรข compounds so successful. The XP12รข is more rotor aggressive than XP10รข , but compared to the competition the XP12รข is still very rotor friendly. XP20รข has a temperature range of 275 F to 2000 F+ (135 C to 1093 C+). Carbotechรข XP20รข maintains our tradition of having the outstanding release and modulation that has made all other Carbotechรข compounds so successful. Carbotechรข XP20รข is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.

XP24รข has even more initial bite, more overall bite, and more torque along with the most linear torque curve we have ever offered. The thermal characteristics are of the highest Carbotechรข offers along with one of the highest coefficient of friction ratings offered by anyone in the braking industry. This compound is the longest wearing compound Carbotechรข offers as it was originally engineered for endurance applications at the highest pro racing levels. This revolutionary new compound has been extremely successful with open wheel, closed wheel, sprint and endurance applications. XP24รข has a temperature range of 400 F to 2000 F+ (204 C to 1093 C+). The RP2รข compound was engineered for endurance racing based on our highly successful XPรข Series formulations. RP2รข has strong initial bite, a little less modulation than our XP12รข , but still maintains the rotor friendliness of our XPรข series compounds. RP2รข has great fade resistance with a temperature range of 250 F to 1450 F+ (121 C to 787 C). RP2รข is as rotor friendly as our XPรข series compounds. Carbotechรข RP2รข is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.
Carbotechรข 913 Kelated Metallicรข
A D.O.T.-approved high-performance compound for brake shoes on high performance street vehicles and race cars. Carbotechรข Kelated Metallic (CKM) achieves a very high coefficient of friction (approx. 0.48 to 0.50) by taking advantage of a chemical reaction within the friction mass, which creates a tri-alloy metallic film at the liner/drum interface when subjected to heat and pressure. Designed to overcome the shortcomings of other liner materials, CKM is a very versatile and provides excellent braking performance in a wide variety of applications. Excellent wear characteristics and a very high resistance to lock-up under hard braking. Optimal recommended operating temperature range is from ambient to 750 F.

A D.O.T.-approved high-performance compound for brake shoes on high performance street vehicles and race cars. Carbotechรข Kelated Metallic (CKM) achieves a very high coefficient of friction (approx. 0.48 to 0.50) by taking advantage of a chemical reaction within the friction mass, which creates a tri-alloy metallic film at the liner/drum interface when subjected to heat and pressure. Designed to overcome the shortcomings of other liner materials, CKM is a very versatile and provides excellent braking performance in a wide variety of applications. Excellent wear characteristics and a very high resistance to lock-up under hard braking. Optimal recommended operating temperature range is from ambient to 750 F.

The RP2รข compound was engineered for endurance racing based on our highly successful XPรข Series formulations. RP2รข has strong initial bite, a little less modulation than our XP12รข , but still maintains the rotor friendliness of our XPรข series compounds. RP2รข has great fade resistance with a temperature range of 250 F to 1450 F+ (121 C to 787 C). RP2รข is as rotor friendly as our XPรข series compounds. Carbotechรข RP2รข is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.
Carbotechรข 913 Kelated Metallicรข
A D.O.T.-approved high-performance compound for brake shoes on high performance street vehicles and race cars. Carbotechรข Kelated Metallic (CKM) achieves a very high coefficient of friction (approx. 0.48 to 0.50) by taking advantage of a chemical reaction within the friction mass, which creates a tri-alloy metallic film at the liner/drum interface when subjected to heat and pressure. Designed to overcome the shortcomings of other liner materials, CKM is a very versatile and provides excellent braking performance in a wide variety of applications. Excellent wear characteristics and a very high resistance to lock-up under hard braking. Optimal recommended operating temperature range is from ambient to 750 F.

The Carbotech 1521 is our high performance street compound. The 1521 compound is known for its release and modulation, along with unmatched rotor friendliness. 1521 is also a very low dusting and low noise compound with an excellent initial bite. This compound's excellent linear torque production provides incredible braking force without ABS intervention. Carbotech 1521 operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 800F (426C+). 1521 is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle or fleet vehicle. Carbotech 1521 is NOT recommended for ANY track use.
Carbotech AX6
The AX6รข is specifically engineered for Autocross applications. A high torque brake compound delivering reliable and consistent performance over a very wide operating temperature range of 50 F to 1000 F + (10 C to 537 C+). The advanced compound matrix provides an excellent initial bite, high coefficient of friction at lower temperatures along with very progressive brake modulation and release characteristics. Many drivers use the AX6รข for street driving as well, even though Carbotechรข doesn't recommend street driving with AX6รข due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise. AX6รข is NOT recommended as a race compound in most applications.
Carbotech XP8
A high torque brake compound with a wide operating temperature range of 200 F-1250 F+ (93 C to 676 C+). Carbotechรข XP8รข is the first of our racing compounds. Good initial bite at race temperatures, high coefficient of friction, excellent modulation and release characteristics. Extremely high fade resistance and very rotor friendly. Perfect for track day use with any tire and can still be driven safely to and from the track. Carbotechรข does NOT recommended XP8รข as a daily driven street pad due to elevated levels of dust and noise. Carbotechรข XP8รข is a great compound on the front & rear of most open wheel and sports racers.

The XP10รข has a very strong initial bite with a coefficient of friction and rotor friendliness unmatched in the industry. Fade resistance is in excess of 1475 F (801 C). XP20รข has a temperature range of 275 F to 2000 F+ (135 C to 1093 C+). Carbotechรข XP20รข maintains our tradition of having the outstanding release and modulation that has made all other Carbotechรข compounds so successful. Carbotechรข XP20รข is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.

XP24รข is the pinnacle compound of the extremely successful XPรข Series of compounds engineered by Carbotechรข . This compound is based on the same fundamentals that exist in all other Carbotechรข formulations. XP24รข has even more initial bite, more overall bite, and more torque along with the most linear torque curve we have ever offered. The thermal characteristics are of the highest Carbotechรข offers along with one of the highest coefficient of friction ratings offered by anyone in the braking industry. This compound is the longest wearing compound Carbotechรข offers as it was originally engineered for endurance applications at the highest pro racing levels. This revolutionary new compound has been extremely successful with open wheel, closed wheel, sprint and endurance applications. XP24รข has a temperature range of 400 F to 2000 F+ (204 C to 1093 C+). The RP2รข compound was engineered for endurance racing based on our highly successful XPรข Series formulations. RP2รข has strong initial bite, a little less modulation than our XP12รข , but still maintains the rotor friendliness of our XPรข series compounds. RP2รข has great fade resistance with a temperature range of 250 F to 1450 F+ (121 C to 787 C). RP2รข is as rotor friendly as our XPรข series compounds. Carbotechรข RP2รข is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.

A D.O.T.-approved high-performance compound for brake shoes on high performance street vehicles and race cars. Carbotechรข Kelated Metallic (CKM) achieves a very high coefficient of friction (approx. 0.48 to 0.50) by taking advantage of a chemical reaction within the friction mass, which creates a tri-alloy metallic film at the liner/drum interface when subjected to heat and pressure. Designed to overcome the shortcomings of other liner materials, CKM is a very versatile and provides excellent braking performance in a wide variety of applications. Excellent wear characteristics and a very high resistance to lock-up under hard braking. Optimal recommended operating temperature range is from ambient to 750 F.
