SIZING AND USAGE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERWEAR
All users shall ensure that the Chillout Pro Sport garments are not too tight, as this reduces the level of protection, and that they are also comfortable to wear under the actual conditions of use.
In order to obtain the maximum protection, all the clothing required in Apendix L (Chaper III, Article 2) to the FIA International Sporting Code should be used.
Wearers are warned of the particular vulnerability of the neck, wrists, and ankles. The neck, wrist, and ankles shall always be covered by at least two articles of protective clothing.
The balaclava and top underlayers shall overlap by a minimum of 3cm / 1.2" around the driver's neck, except at the front center line where there shall be 8cm / 3.2" overlap. The top and bottom underlayers shall overlap by a minimum of 7cm / 2.8" around the drivers waist.
MAINTENANCE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERWEAR
Chillout PRO SPORT Flame Resistant underwear must be cleaned and ironed according to the instructions on the label and always to be handled with care. Drivers should replace any and all items as soon as they show signs of wear. Please note that the materials are light sensitive and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Sunlight especially can cause changes in the shade of colors and begin the premature aging of the materials.

It is essential that users adhere to the guidelines outlined in this manual. Proper sizing and usage are imperative for optimal protection. Users should ensure that garments are not overly tight, as this can compromise protection levels, and that they are comfortable to wear under actual usage conditions. For maximum protection, it is recommended to utilize all clothing items specified in Appendix L (Chapter III, Article 2) of the FIA International Sporting Code. Wearers should pay particular attention to the vulnerability of the neck, wrists, and ankles, ensuring they are covered by at least two articles of protective clothing. Specific overlap measurements are provided for various garment combinations, detailed within this manual. CLEANING/MAINTENANCE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERLAYER BOTTOM PANTS
The clothing items must be cleaned and ironed following the instructions provided on the label and handled with due care and attention at all times. Garments showing signs of wear should be replaced promptly. It is important to be aware that the materials used in the clothing are sensitive to light and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Exposure to sunlight can result in changes to the colors and premature aging of the materials. If your clothing sustains damage such as tears, abrasions, or exposure to heat and flames, it must be replaced. However, if minor tears can be repaired, the same materials and fabrics originally used in manufacturing must be utilized for the repair. Chillout Systems bears no responsibility for any damage incurred by users or third parties due to improper use, abuse, or incorrect maintenance of the clothing, including any improperly repaired garments.

This is a slightly heavier version of the ST5 Carbon helmet. It is made from a Kevlar Multi-Sandwich Fiber composite formed in an autoclave. It carries the same Snell SA2020 certification as the Carbon helmet, but the different material adds the weight. This different material yields a slightly heavier helmet, but at a reduced cost. The Snell SA2020 rating satisfies almost all racing sanctioning bodies’ requirements for helmet certifications.Available with integrated electronics, top- or side-forced air supply, hydration, or any combination of the three, this helmet offers flexibility while maintaining a clean cabin. An effective helmet is one that fits properly. Have an assistant use a dressmaker's tape or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head, starting at a point about an inch above the eyebrows and around a point in the back of the head that results in the largest measurement, finally wrapping back around to the front. It's a good idea to take a few measurements and order your helmet based on the largest.

The RW-10 features a fully seamless structure with ultra-soft stretchable material for a very comfortable fit. Chillout Systems Quantum Cooler Pro
The Chillout Systems Quantum Cooler series of coolers are the most powerful portable iceless cooling systems ever designed for auto-racing. Requiring no ice, this driver cooling system is completely maintenance-free, running solely off the strength of a rotary micro-compressor that is as powerful as other compressors 5x its size.
Rated at 20 liters per minute/16 psi, the Quantum Pro system is capable of chilling to under 35 F. Max amp draw is rated at 18-22 amps, depending on installation and environmental conditions. System contains less than 1.75 oz. of freon sealed within the rotary micro-compressor system. The Quantum Pro offers many different temperature settings that support varying performance conditions. Dual 220-cfm fans help decrease amp draw, and a bright, easy-to-read color digital display offers valuable information and data.
Weighing in at 10.5 lbs, the Quantum Pro is portable and hot-swappable so you can quickly move it from mounting location to mounting location within seconds. A dash-mountable digital control display is available for cooler installations out of the driver's reach.
When planning installation, please consider the interior temperature of your vehicle under racing conditions. Keep in mind that ducting is necessary for many installations to achieve the best results. Using four-inch ducting is highly recommended and eliminates the need for a supplemental blower. Three-inch ducting is restrictive and requires the use of a high performance (250+ cfm) blower.

When designing this new line of undergarments, Sparco studied the drivers seating position to ensure ultimate fit and comfort. Now available in two new colors as well, the RW-10 features a fully seamless structure with ultra-soft stretchable material for a very comfortable fit. RW-10 shirts and underpants are treated with Sparco’s X-Cool treatment, which draws heat from the body surface to cool the driver. In addition to cooling the driver, X-Cool treatment has an anti-bacterial effect.
The RW-10 Undershirt is a seamless design with no seams for additional comfort. The undershirt is available in four sizes: X-Small, Small/Medium, Large/X-Large, XX-Large. The RW-10 undershirt is a compression type fit, if you prefer a looser fit choose one size larger than you normally wear.

The OMP Tecnica Hybrid race suit is a Professional high spec 2-layer race suit which benefits from traditional Nomex flame retardant material paired with high tech printed inserts and additional embroidered detailing. The external layer is a shiny Nomex material providing a modern look while the inner layer is a soft knit Nomex for high levels of comfort. Floating sleeves with elastic bellow, knitted elastic insert on the back for maximum freedom of movement. Shaped collar with inner soft knitted fabric, adjustable velcro's belt, ultra-flat anti-rubbing seams and soft insert on groin guarantee maximum comfort. Breathable inserts on hips and under the sleeves, pockets with diagonal cut on front, fishbone quilting.
