They plug directly into your Stilo helmet with the included IMSA cables for clear, pitch-perfect audio while on track. The WRC Series feature an automatic On/Off switch controlled through co-driver plug connection; no more starting races disconnected.

The AiM MyChron Expansion is an add-on for the MyChron4 or MyChron5 Kart Racing Data Logger Dash. It plugs into the CAN expansion port on your MyChron dash to expand its capabilities. The Expansion has a single CAN expansion port plus four additional sensor inputs. All four inputs can accept common karting sensors (brake/throttle pedal position, temperature, steering angle, etc.). One of the four inputs can accept a speed sensor instead. Requires an external 12-volt power source such as your kart's battery.
The MyChron Expansion channel multiplier improves MyChron5 and MyChron5 2T (and also MyChron4 and MyChron4 2T) performance, thanks to four additional channels and a further CAN bus connector. Through this last connector, the systems can be connected to LCU-One Lambda controller and SmartyCam HD (and to GPS and Data key for MyChron4 systems).
Thanks to its specific wirings, MyChron Expansion powers the systems and their peripherals with an external battery, avoiding internal battery consumption.
All channels are easily configurable as analog through the system menu to sample data coming from:
Exhaust gas valve position sensor (very important to understand at which RPM value the exhaust port opens)

Every product we make uses pre-impregnated dry carbon formed in a CNC-machined billet aluminum mold which is manufactured by laser-scanning the OEM component(s) so you know you ll have a perfect fit, every time. Dry carbon is stronger and lighter than wet carbon, often weighing 1/3 of our competitors products. Our manufacturing methods also produce a smoother surface on each part for more dimensional accuracy; shaving edges, widening mounting holes and flexing pieces to make them fit are a thing of the past.
C3 Carbon also applies an automotive urethane clear-coat which is U/V cured for durability and guarantees C3 Carbon parts won't yellow over time.
Many of our competitors use wet carbon (which is heavier), and some use fiberglass with a carbon overlay (much heavier, as the carbon fiber has epoxy literally painted onto it). These materials and manufacturing methods produce a poor finish due to air contamination, and because the epoxy isn t applied uniformly throughout the weave. These products are also much weaker than C3 Carbon products. Finally, most competitors use a fiberglass mold, which is far less expensive but cannot maintain the strict tolerances we demand of our own products. In the end, the fit and finish simply cannot stand up to C3 Carbon products.

How does the Roux Helmet Cooling Work? Great question that is answered with both a simple and complex answer. Starting at the helmet, Roux uses a one-piece block that connects to the two dry-break fittings located on the right side of your Roux R-1 Composite and Carbon helmets. The fiberglass helmets do not have the Cool-X option, so this works with the Composite (Silver) and Carbon (Matt & Gloss) Roux R-1 helmets. To connect your block fitting to your helmet, simply line it up and push until you hear the metallic "click". Even with a race engine you will hear the click. The hose then goes to down to a "Y" connector that goes to both your CoolShirt or F.A.S.T. garment and then to the CoolShirt cooler supply hose. All fittings have dry breaks in all positions (no leaks while in use or disconnected) so the cool water stays where it needs to be.

A HANS device passing inspection gets a new SFI 38.1 compliance sticker punched with the new date of certification. This device will now be valid for five years.

The DS3000 compound is a legacy compound with over 25 years of championships due to its predictability and repeatability. The Ferodo DS3000 is a very popular brake pad for vintage racers as the compound characteristics allow for extended disc life at the expense of pad wear. If you have a track car with expensive or hard to replace brake discs, the Ferodo DS3000 is a great choice.The average coefficient of friction of the Ferodo DS3000 is 0.48µ across the workable range of 392 to 1202 F. The cold friction coefficient starts at 0.40µ at 302 and reaches the peak of 0.51µ at 1022 F. This makes for a pad that is great on the early laps of a sprint race but still has the torque needed to maintain consistent pedal feel across a wide temperature range. Carbotechâ 1521â
The Carbotechâ 1521â is our high performance street compound. The 1521â compound is known for its release and modulation, along with unmatched rotor friendliness. 1521â is also a very low dusting and low noise compound with an excellent initial bite. This compound's excellent linear torque production provides incredible braking force without ABS intervention. Carbotechâ 1521â operating range starts out at ambient and goes up to 800 F (426 C+). 1521â is suitable for ALL street cars, perfect for your tow vehicle or fleet vehicle. Carbotechâ 1521â is NOT recommended for ANY track use.
Carbotechâ AX6â
The AX6â is specifically engineered for Autocross applications. A high torque brake compound delivering reliable and consistent performance over a very wide operating temperature range of 50 F to 1000 F + (10 C to 537 C+). The advanced compound matrix provides an excellent initial bite, high coefficient of friction at lower temperatures along with very progressive brake modulation and release characteristics. Many drivers use the AX6â for street driving as well, even though Carbotechâ doesn't recommend street driving with AX6â due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise. AX6â is NOT recommended as a race compound in most applications.
Carbotechâ XP8â
A high torque brake compound with a wide operating temperature range of 200 F-1250 F+ (93 C to 676 C+). Carbotechâ XP8â is the first of our racing compounds. Good initial bite at race temperatures, high coefficient of friction, excellent modulation and release characteristics. Extremely high fade resistance and very rotor friendly. Perfect for track day use with any tire and can still be driven safely to and from the track. Carbotechâ does NOT recommended XP8â as a daily driven street pad due to elevated levels of dust and noise. Carbotechâ XP8â is a great compound on the front & rear of most open wheel and sports racers.
Carbotechâ XP10â
When Carbotechâ unleashed the XP10â to the general public it immediately gathered multiple regional, divisional, and national championships. The XP10â has a very strong initial bite with a coefficient of friction and rotor friendliness unmatched in the industry. Fade resistance is in excess of 1475 F (801 C). XP10â still maintains the highly praised release, excellent modulation and rotor friendliness that have made all Carbotechâ compounds so successful. Carbotechâ XP10â is not recommended as a daily-driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.
Carbotechâ XP12â
Another highly successful XPâ series compound with an excellent initial bite, torque and fade resistance over and above the XP10â compound. XP12â has temperature range of 250 F to 1850 F+ (121 C to 1010 C+). The XP12â has that excellent Carbotechâ release and modulation that has made all other Carbotechâ compounds so successful. The XP12â is more rotor aggressive than XP10â , but compared to the competition the XP12â is still very rotor friendly. XP12â is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.
Carbotechâ XP20â
The latest iteration of the highly successful XPâ series of compounds. XP20â is a step up from the highly successful XP16â compound. With an extremely aggressive initial bite, linear torque curve and excellent fade resistance the XP20â is another major step in progression of the highly successful XPâ series line of compounds from Carbotechâ . XP20â has a temperature range of 275 F to 2000 F+ (135 C to 1093 C+). Carbotechâ XP20â maintains our tradition of having the outstanding release and modulation that has made all other Carbotechâ compounds so successful. Carbotechâ XP20â is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.

XP24â is the pinnacle compound of the extremely successful XPâ Series of compounds engineered by Carbotechâ . This compound is based on the same fundamentals that exist in all other Carbotechâ formulations. XP24â has even more initial bite, more overall bite, and more torque along with the most linear torque curve we have ever offered. The thermal characteristics are of the highest Carbotechâ offers along with one of the highest coefficient of friction ratings offered by anyone in the braking industry. This compound is the longest wearing compound Carbotechâ offers as it was originally engineered for endurance applications at the highest pro racing levels. This revolutionary new compound has been extremely successful with open wheel, closed wheel, sprint and endurance applications. XP24â has a temperature range of 400 F to 2000 F+ (204 C to 1093 C+). Carbotechâ XP24â is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise along with the necessary heat required to work properly.
Carbotechâ RP2â
The RP2â compound was engineered for endurance racing based on our highly successful XPâ Series formulations. RP2â has strong initial bite, a little less modulation than our XP12â , but still maintains the rotor friendliness of our XPâ series compounds. RP2â has great fade resistance with a temperature range of 250 F to 1450 F+ (121 C to 787 C). RP2â is as rotor friendly as our XPâ series compounds. Carbotechâ RP2â is NOT recommended for use as a daily driven street pad due to possible elevated levels of dust and noise.
Carbotechâ 913 Kelated Metallicâ
A D.O.T.-approved high-performance compound for brake shoes on high performance street vehicles and race cars. Carbotechâ Kelated Metallic (CKM) achieves a very high coefficient of friction (approx. 0.48 to 0.50) by taking advantage of a chemical reaction within the friction mass, which creates a tri-alloy metallic film at the liner/drum interface when subjected to heat and pressure. Designed to overcome the shortcomings of other liner materials, CKM is a very versatile and provides excellent braking performance in a wide variety of applications. Excellent wear characteristics and a very high resistance to lock-up under hard braking. Optimal recommended operating temperature range is from ambient to 750 F.
