SIZING AND USAGE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERWEAR
All users shall ensure that the Chillout Pro Sport garments are not too tight, as this reduces the level of protection, and that they are also comfortable to wear under the actual conditions of use.
In order to obtain the maximum protection, all the clothing required in Apendix L (Chaper III, Article 2) to the FIA International Sporting Code should be used.
Wearers are warned of the particular vulnerability of the neck, wrists, and ankles. The neck, wrist, and ankles shall always be covered by at least two articles of protective clothing.
The balaclava and top underlayers shall overlap by a minimum of 3cm / 1.2" around the driver's neck, except at the front center line where there shall be 8cm / 3.2" overlap. The top and bottom underlayers shall overlap by a minimum of 7cm / 2.8" around the drivers waist.
MAINTENANCE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERWEAR
Chillout PRO SPORT Flame Resistant underwear must be cleaned and ironed according to the instructions on the label and always to be handled with care. Drivers should replace any and all items as soon as they show signs of wear. Please note that the materials are light sensitive and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. Sunlight especially can cause changes in the shade of colors and begin the premature aging of the materials.
EMBROIDERY/LABELS CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERLAYERS
Protective clothing, while designed to offer protection against heat and flames, may not safeguard against all potential hazards encountered in automobile racing. It is essential that users adhere to the guidelines outlined in this manual. Proper sizing and usage are imperative for optimal protection. Users should ensure that garments are not overly tight, as this can compromise protection levels, and that they are comfortable to wear under actual usage conditions. For maximum protection, it is recommended to utilize all clothing items specified in Appendix L (Chapter III, Article 2) of the FIA International Sporting Code. Wearers should pay particular attention to the vulnerability of the neck, wrists, and ankles, ensuring they are covered by at least two articles of protective clothing. Specific overlap measurements are provided for various garment combinations, detailed within this manual. Embroidery and badges should be applied in accordance with fireproof standards outlined in ISO 15025. Only the garment manufacturer is authorized to apply advertising through printing or transfers, and certification from the manufacturer is necessary for any customized garments. Any alterations or customizations not meeting these standards may invalidate the garment's homologation, potentially resulting in penalties or disqualification during events. In case of uncertainty regarding advertising additions, it is advisable to consult the manufacturer.
CLEANING/MAINTENANCE CHILLOUT PRO SPORT UNDERLAYERS
The clothing items must be cleaned and ironed following the instructions provided on the label and handled with due care and attention at all times. Garments showing signs of wear should be replaced promptly. It is important to be aware that the materials used in the clothing are sensitive to light and should not be exposed to direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Exposure to sunlight can result in changes to the colors and premature aging of the materials. If your clothing sustains damage such as tears, abrasions, or exposure to heat and flames, it must be replaced. However, if minor tears can be repaired, the same materials and fabrics originally used in manufacturing must be utilized for the repair. Chillout Systems bears no responsibility for any damage incurred by users or third parties due to improper use, abuse, or incorrect maintenance of the clothing, including any improperly repaired garments.

The Sparco Air Pro RF-5W helmet line is a result of over 40 years of research and development experience, including wind tunnel testing. The new range was designed to meet the requirements of the new Snell SA2020 and FIA 8859-2015 ratings. The 2020 type-approval introduces new impact requirements, the helmets need to dissipate large amounts of energy in different ways. To meet these requirements Sparco is introducing new innovations for driver safety and comfort. All shells now have layers of carbon-Kevlar for greater strength. The helmets have also been wind-tunnel tested to maximize exterior vent placement and flow. The EPS interiors and padding have also been redesigned for increased airflow and driver comfort. The Sparco helmet line is a result of over 40 years of research and development experience, including wind tunnel testing. The new range was designed to meet the requirements of the new Snell SA2020 and FIA 8859-2015 ratings. The 2020 type-approval introduces new impact requirements, the helmets need to dissipate large amounts of energy in different ways. To meet these requirements Sparco is introducing new innovations for driver safety and comfort. All shells now have layers of carbon-Kevlar for greater strength. The helmets have also been wind-tunnel tested to maximize exterior vent placement and flow. The EPS interiors and padding have also been redesigned for increased airflow and driver comfort. Sparco also introduces a new size: Medium/Large. This M/L size takes advantage of using the smaller shell which is lighter and more compact.

The Sparco Eagle RS-8.2 race suit uses a combination of HOCOTEX and Eagle fabrics to produce an ultra lightweight and breathable race suit. With the aim of obtaining a closer and more modern fit, preformed armholes have been used, and, in line with the requirements linked to driver mobility during a race, the elasticized panels have been optimized (armholes, sides and elasticized back).
The main structure of the Sparco Eagle RS8.2 race suit, like in the previous version, is the tried and tested characteristic HOCOTEX, (single-layer weave of 0.6mm ultra-thin fabric), combined with other accessory fabrics like Sparco's Eagle elasticized fabric (well-known and used in various Sparco race suit models), and panels in contrast in flat, ultra-light cloth for anti-abrasion reinforcements on the legs and arms.
