These closeout helmets have manufacture dates of 2017-2019 so you will have a 8860 certified helmet that is still valid for 4-6 years.

Pre-installed M6 threaded washer/nut with 6mm threads accepst a variety of anchor systems, making installation much easier. Flat surface area around the mounting nut allows the anchor post base to rest flush with the helmet surface.

The most effective helmet is one that fits properly. To measure your head, have an assistant use a dressmaker's tape or a piece of string to measure the circumference of your head. Start at a point about an inch above your eyebrows, looping around the back of your head at the point that results in the largest measurement, and finally around to the front again. It's a good idea to take two or three measurements to make sure you have the largest one.
