We provide factory-trained recharging services to ensure the utmost safety in your car's Lifeline fire-suppression system.Basic service includes checking all parts for wear and age issues, flushing the bottle, refilling with your Novec agent, repressurizing, and relabeling. If the bottle has been discharged, it will be refilled with new agent. Discharged electrical bottles require a new frangible seal and firing head, included with service. Recharged systems cannot be shipped via expedited air shipping services - return via UPS Ground service is required.

Fire suppression systems can be dropped off and/or picked from our store in Dawsonville, GA, or any event our trackside support staff is attending. Same day service is available at the Dawsonville store for an additional $50 charge. Same day service is available during normal store hours except Monday and Saturday. The acquisition of the essential data you need to evaluate your race car's performance requires the connection of a lot of peripherals to your AiM data-logger. This, in turn, requires a great number of cables. To solve this problem, AiM developed the Data Hub, a CAN connection multiplier that works as an interface between all AiM data-loggers and their various peripherals.
Extend the capabilities of your AiM data-logger without occupying any more channels or running more cables to your dash. Each AiM 4-Port CAN Data Hub connects up to four CAN peripherals. You can even stack as many as four AiM Data Hubs, multiplying the number of available connections!
Accepts any AiM CAN accessory, including GPS, LCU-One Lambda Controller, Memory Key, or TC (thermocouple) Hubs. Any channel can be selected for display on the dash. Includes a 15-inch cable.

AN EXAMPLE OF A COMPLEX SETUP
Let's take a V-8 race car with an AiM MXG 1.3 dash plus the following peripherals:
One EGT sensor on every cylinder (8)
Two CHT sensors on each cylinder bank (4)
One Lambda sensor on each exhaust header (2)
One GPS09C module
One AiM Memory Key
You would need three TC Hubs and two Data Hubs. The EGT and CHT thermocouples would all connect to the three TC Hubs. The TC Hubs and the GPS09C connected to one 4-Port Data Hub. That Data Hub would be connected, the two Lambda controllers, and the Memory Key connect to a second 4-Port Data Hub. And that Data Hub would connect to your AiM MXG 1.3 dash.
That's sixteen channels monitored by the MXG 1.3 in addition to the other channels still available. That puts an enormous amount of data right at your fingertips!

Starting with a lightweight billet aluminum clamp, the Discovery Parts Universal Seat Back Brace features a specially-designed radius that fits roll bar tubing from 1-1/2" to 1-3/4" in diameter. This simple and rugged design allows a two-piece clamp design for easy installation in tight fitting areas. To save weight, two windows are machined with a convergent radius to allow maximum strength and the lightest weight possible.
We specially designed the inside roll-bar radius for secure mounting. This Discovery Parts brace adjusts from 2" up to 14", making it ideal for multi-driver cars. The plate that bolts to the back of the seat is 3" x 9" for a total of 27 in2.
This brace can be used with just about any aluminum or composite seat at any angle. For fore or aft adjustments, just loosen the upper main clamp housing and get a perfect adjustment for your seat in any position. For other adjustments the brace can be loosened so that the seat can be tilted or moved up or down, and the brace then re-tightened.
SCCA, NASA, BMW CCA Club Racing, and IMSA require such braces on all non-FIA-rated seats.
Please note: the design of this brace requires you to drill holes in the back of your racing seat and attach the bracket to the seat. Drilling holes and attaching a brace to a composite seat may void the seat warranty and/or the FIA-rating. Check with your seat manufacturer and sanctioning body to make sure you're in compliance. Installing this brace to an aluminum seat should not void any warranties and should comply with racing rules. Installation instructions and all mounting hardware are included.

How does the Roux Helmet Cooling Work? Great question that is answered with both a simple and complex answer. Starting at the helmet, Roux uses a one-piece block that connects to the two dry-break fittings located on the right side of your Roux R-1 Composite and Carbon helmets. The fiberglass helmets do not have the Cool-X option, so this works with the Composite (Silver) and Carbon (Matt & Gloss) Roux R-1 helmets. To connect your block fitting to your helmet, simply line it up and push until you hear the metallic "click". Even with a race engine you will hear the click. The hose then goes to down to a "Y" connector that goes to both your CoolShirt or F.A.S.T. garment and then to the CoolShirt cooler supply hose. All fittings have dry breaks in all positions (no leaks while in use or disconnected) so the cool water stays where it needs to be.
The Roux Helmet cooling adapter, "Roux Cool-X Hose Assembly" is truly a one and done item that is built incredibly well and ready for the harshest race car environment you can give it.
