This is the larger "R" full width pad that you must remove the caliper to pad end clips. The larger pads eliminate the tapered edges on the stock pads, give you a larger contact patch on the pad. This is one of the best brake upgrades you can make while retaining the stock NC calipers. Most popular MX-5 Carbotech track pad set up is XP-10 on the front and XP-8 on the rear. This balances out the car very well and is predictable in all temperature ranges.
